Gotta round off today with 6 more celebration choccies :( damn those things!!! Oh and a chocolate macaroon! That was soooo yummy!

Hello my lovelies :p

Good news, had a brilliant time away. Bad news, my littler brother has failed his PRMC, the run by 1 person (can't really explain it well) but the person in front of him got the last 'pass token' - the poor sod is gutted, but he has decided to stay and complete the 3 day course anyways. He is showing determination by staying as the others who failed have decided to go home.

So my weekend: have to admit i had my first mcdonalds in 18 months!!! It was lush. I had a double cheeseburger and shared the bfs fries. The only other takeaway stuff i had away was maybe a chip or two from others kfc and a kfc chicken strip. The people i went with had sooooooooo many takeaways it was unreal!

I took wraps with me on the day for the evening as i knew they were all planning on going for take outs and then the following day was the day we went to the park. Had breakkie in the hotel, sausages, bacon, scrambled egg, beans, coissont (sp?) yog, a little granola cereal.

At the park i had half a chicken burrito and some nachos. The evening i didnt have much in the way of a meal, just picked at crisps and pick n mix.

Coming back bought a chicken and bacon sandwich in the services with some carrot sticks and tzkati (sp?) dip, some cathedral cheese sticks and branston pickle and a slice of carrot cake. And again had a couple of the bfs burger king chips and an onion ring.

Last night, had a be good to yourself chicken tikka meal with some spinach pakoras & vegetable bits. Of course, plenty of alcohol this weekend - wine & morgan spiced :)

Boy aren't i good remembering the majority of my food! :giggle:

Not much else to report - think i'm guna have to go for a run tomorrow!!!! :eek: I feel its guna be tough! :rolleyes:

Might give weigh in on saturday a miss and weigh in next saturday so gives me just over a week to get off any gain and hopefully atleast sts :eek:

Wednesday 8th September

B- 2 slices toast (white bread sorry gals) with some butter

*packet branston pickle cheddars
*4 jaffa cakes

L- Garlic & parsley chicken kieve with salad.

*raspberry fresh cream turnover :drool:
*small bowl of vanilla icecream
*handfull walkers extra crunchy crisps
*1/2 slice bread with butter

D- cut up apple & some slices of mature cheese

Glad you had a good time away....sorry to hear about your wee bro..but, good on him for staying the course; sure that will take him a long way with an attitude like that! Hope it works out for him.

OH BTW - Ignore that link I gave you for the Pandora stuff - it's come and it's cr@p .... should have guessed I suppose. I don't think it's genuine - the charms are all bent and dirty and the bracelet is dead pliable and I know when they're new they're really quite stiff - AND it's the wrong length!

Im thinking maybe just 2 runs this week then back to 3 next week :sigh: oh god its guna hurt i just know it! :giggle:

Hmmmm :giggle: Have sorted out going to the Gym tomorrow instead of running outside - im going to join anyways as come the colder months i know i wont like running outside.

Glad u had a lovely time away!!:D sounds fabby!! Sorry to hear about your brothers prmc - such a shame. Glad he has the "strength of mind" to stick with the course. That's a major issue for the thinking man's soldier. I'm sure he'll make it in the end. Be sure to get back into your good girl mode now lol xx

PRMC is the pre royal marines course (i think thats what it stands for) but basically its a 3 day course where they weed out the 'weak'. Only the ones who pass the 3mile run get a date for training. The run is 1.5miles out as a troop, then the 1.5miles back is on your own but it has to be done in 10m30secs. The others can either decide to go home or continue on with the rest of the 3 days and gain some experience for next time. Its all physical and mental challenges designed to test the lads and their ability cuz as we know the marines are tough! :)

Thursday 9th September

*Gym today - 5min warm up. 30min run at 8.2speed 0.5incline. 5 min warm down. 300cals burnt. 4.83km.

B- fruit & fibre s.s milk

*banana after the gym

L- Went out for a carvery so chose turkey had 2small new pots and 2tiny roasties, sweetcorn, peas, carrots, stuffing ball, gravy.

*pack go ahead yogurt fruit forest bar thingys
*4crisps from my bfs packet

D- 1/2 wholemeal wrap with small spread of pesto, 2 slices thin ham & lettuce. Apple, 2 english plums & ww yog. (got overtime tonight so will have a 40min meal break)

*500ml water
*1.5litre peach flavoured water
*1/2 diet coke

Food looks great! Back on track and hope you enjoyed the gym.

I've had to take some photos of the bracelet etc to send the people I bought it off so I'm putting them here so you can see the state of them. xx

Thats shocking Jan! Defo send them back. The bracelet should be pretty tight aswell like not bendy or anything but it will loosen with wear - cuz its like a spiraly chain type thingy.

Had a packet of go ahead yogurt break thingys last night & 4 crisps from the bfs packet. Not too bad considering I just wanted to eat everything in sight!!!

Friday 10th September

*Gym today-
Treadmill: 5min warm up, 15min run (0.5incline), 2min cool down, 8min incline (8incline) fast walk. 300cals burned. 3.37km.
Exercise Bike: 10minutes, level 2. 69cals burned. 5.56km.

B- fruit & fibre s.s milk

*boiled egg & english plum after gym
*slice of victoria sponge

L- Salmon fillet, lettuce, tomatoe, boiled egg and wholemeal roll to put some in with some lf salad cream.

D- apple & packet of monster munch in work.

*1 rhubarb & custard cupcake
*1 gluten free cupcake

*Pick n Mix :)

*2litres water
*500ml coke zero

Food not bad eh? Apart from the sweeties & the cake of course but I have absolutely NO room to talk :eek:

I knew that about the bracelet which is why I arranged it like that so I could point it out as ANOTHER fault.

Today they have offered me a replacement 'free of charge' (how kind!) I have politely declined. What's annoying is I don't have a full return address or I'd have just sent it! I'm thinking these are delaying tactics on their part.
Thing is if they don't give me the address first thing in the morning I'm not going to be able to send it off till we're back .. grrrrrr! xx

I did feel really nicely full after my lunch and not felt like I needed something more, not had that in a while but still didn't put me off those sweets! Hehe

What a pain in the bum they're being. Is there no phone number either? Defo sounds like delaying tactics!!!!!! Grrr xxx

Got to add tonight, 2 :eek: cupcakes & a packet of monster munch. The cupcakes were a rhubarb & custard one - with actual custard in the middle!!!!! :drool: and a gluten free one which was actually, the best cupcake sponge ive ever tasted! :)

I had the intention of staying up today to go to my brothers welcome home briefing at Taunton but now im not so sure although there is a free BBQ! :rotflmao: ..... hmmmmm :hmm: what to do what to do!
