O-oh :(:( That's a bit of a shocker eh!! You must be very disappointed, you plan and seem to do do well - it's not right or fair you're not getting the results **stamps feet** xx

Foot was ok with the run. Not 100% but much much better than wednesday. The plan said 4.5miles today but I only did 3.08.

I did my run before my body pump session too. I was feeling really down about the gain, I still am a little bit annoyed at it but there is nothing I can do about it now. I feel 10x better after doing some phys so i'm set, i'm giving it 2 more weeks and if no change i'm off to see a nutritionist.

Realistically I could probably just about get those 18lbs off in 14 weeks.

Oh change of plan to this weekend too - having some wine tomorrow night with my friend and some drinks out sunday afternoon. Im sure that doesnt help with it all does it! :sigh:

Menu changed today. Just wasnt feeling eggs so had crumpets instead. Good job I allow more calories on a weekend! ;)
So much my for my no alcohol until 3rd march too! :eek: Still, least I managed one weekend! haha!! Seeing my friend this evening. She's on a health kick too and has lost over 2stone and has started running!!! so i've no doubt our dinner will be low calorie! Its just the wine that will be consumed ;)
Same again tomorrow. Going to body pump, do my hill reps and then off out for afternoon drinks with another friend.

Aww poor you, sorry about the gain hun. Have you measured yourself though, with all the exercising, I would assume your size is changing. You moan and winge as much as you want chick, it does us good sometimes.
 
No not measured myself. Giving it two more weeks then we'll see.

Body pump this morning followed by a hill sesh.

Body pump was tough!!! Had the cute instructor again ;) kept telling me to go lower on the damn squats! but as they say, no pain no gain. Went for a run straight after and faced the hill in Saltram thats on the half marathon route. It was HELL!!!!! I managed to walk/run it. I will run it all one day, and i'm determined to run it all in the half marathon so think thats going to be my sunday hill sessions instead of my other plan. My legs were on fire :(

Off out today for afternoon drinks with a friend. I think i'll defo dip into the calories i've burned today ;)

Sorry for your gain Tanya, real pain! I just can't work out why you would have a gain? All the exercise you do and the amount of calories you intake, it just doesn't make any sense!! I will be really keen to see what a nutritionist does make of it (if you end up seeing one).
 
Updated calories for yesterday.
Fell down the flippin stairs and sprained my ankle. Iced it as soon as I got home. Its the same foot that I twinged the other day. Just great!!

Food today a little off. Woke up and wasnt hungry so didnt eat till couple hours later and then it was a sandwich from sainsburys.

Been to a spin class this evening. Boy that was tough! My thighs are going to hate me tomorrow, they're already aching! :(

sorry to hear you twisted your ankle. im still doing physiotherapy exercise on my grade iii sprain from last november. im very jealous of any runner i see out and about at the moment and i want to shake my fist at them and cry..you lucky sods!!! lol

those hill pics look wonderful btw...id swop with you at the moment! im not sure how you do your hills but i used to downgrade them and slow down to get myself to the top and im talking really steep ones so perhaps try that unless of course thats what your doing or are you doing speed?
