Change to the menu. Chicken breast wasnt as heavy as I first thought so had some gravy!

Saw there was mr kipling lemon curd cakes in the cupboard earlier now I can't get them out of my head!!!! :rolleyes:
 
Thats horrible when something is in your head.

Sometimes the best motto is - a little bit of what you fancy does you good - maybe better to have one and count the calories, then leave it linger and have many more.
 
I could dip into cals burnt but I'm thinking that's where I'm going wrong? But surely a net total of under 1,000 a day just can't be that good for u?!

I wish this was easy! Lol

Are you getting measured? Are you losing inches? Isn't there someone at the gym you go to who can advise you?
Maybe you're just going to have to concentrate on fitness and forget weight at the moment - but that's easy for me to say. If I was you I'd be gutted and tempted to stuff myself but you're stronger than me! xxx
 
I am tempted to stuff my face. It's taking all my will power to not right now :(

I'm scared of asking someone at the gym as obv they'll want money for it! I have seen the personal trainer board & some do specialise in weight loss but they're £35 a session & I don't want a session in the gym with them just a little nutrition advice. So think I'm guna have to suck it up see what Thursday brings and then go see someone. X

Absolutely!

I personally would just ask him/her, they can only say no you need to pay for advice, or give you a little help. I am sure any of them would be willing to spend a few minutes with you, just to explain about nutrition combined with exercise etc.

Go for it chick, just ask.

Shift was good, despite there being a delay with briefing which meant I trotted off to the naughty 4th floor for a bag of monster munch! :eek:

Got in around 2:45 as I finished about 15mins late but the parentals were out so I offered to go pick them up instead of them waisting money on taxi but then they give me £20 :doh: I offered it them back this morning when they were sober but they don't want it - coulda got a taxi for cheaper! :p

Up today after 4hours sleep and I did 2classes back to back, Body Step & Body Pump. My thighs & butt are really going to hate me tomorrow!

Off out today with Stevie for some lunch somewhere, i'm thinking fish & chips on the barbican & a nice stroll around there and the hoe as its so nice and sunny here today but we'll see, I will update. I am having wine tonight tho :eek: :eek: :eek:

I was reading today at the gym in some leaflets that body pump & body step can burn up to 550calories a session!!! I'm not going to fall into that trap of counting those calories though as theres no way I can be certain!

Bought new trainers today. Same as my other ones but different colour. Got some insoles that were moulded to my foot shape too. It was a costly affair but now atleast I have 2pairs, one for the exercise classes and one for my running.

Did a mini run today with 4 sprints just to wear in the new ones a bit.
