Sally Morgan was good. I'm still sceptical and I think I will be untill something happens to me although I do believe there is something after we've passed.

Thinking of booking in to see a medium/psychic to cement my opinion!

I did enjoy the show though and did enjoy Sally Morgan - she seems like a 'jolly' woman! :giggle:

Sally does sell out really quickly! You can understand grandma wanting to go again - I think it might be a bit soon for her to get a msg herself but she probably draws comfort from seeing other people getting them :( xx
 
Change to menu yesterday, had a jd & coke when got home & picked at some wafer thin ham.

Funny you should say that Jan, we told her not to expect anything as he might not have passed over but the 2nd person she bought through had only passed away 2weeks before and hadnt been buried yet. Guess we'll have to wait until she tours again! :p

Shift was alright. I was passed from pillar to post last night as there was something going on that I couldnt deal with as I was a female so in the end I finished at midnight instead of 02:00.

Got up early and did my run before body pump today. Its a lush day here and I ran around the barbican & hoe, starting at the ferry port :)

Off for some drinks this afternoon too.

Yesterday was lovely. Stevie & Clares new fella came and met us for a drink then Clare and her fella left early and so it was nice just me and stevie for a few hours.

Its my dads birthday today and mum tomorrow so off to the Harvester for tea tonight.

Todays run felt fab. From mile 3 onwards I had a good stride, good pace and felt very comfortable. I wish all my long runs were like this but i'll settle with race day being like this one ;) :giggle:

It was ok Bev. Uncomfortable but bearable. Have a b**ch of a totm today though which they said would happen.

T - 11 weeks till the Plymouth Half!! :eek: which means I have to lose 1.5lbs a week to get to my goal :(

Scales show a 1.5lb gain but measurements showing a 3.5inch loss over all.

-1 thigh

Not too happy with the scales but ok with the inches. Spoken to a few people on twitter one of which is a PT and one a nutritionist. Told the PT my weight & height and avg cals a day and was told i'd need 1,600 a day but with phys around 1,800 and I shouldnt be going lower than 1,500.

So, aim is to now get to atleast 1,500 a day. Plenty of people tell me i'm not having enough cals in the week and so hopefully this might budge the scales :fingerscrossed:

Today was a little ott - felt sorry for myself so ate :eek: the meal plans have changed which i've updated as i've upped the calories. Its silly aint it, I love food yet when I need to up the cals i'm a wimp about it! :rolleyes:

It's good your getting some expert advice. Someone I work with has lost about a stone but then she stuck. I told her she wasn't eating enough and to up it a little. That week she lost 4lbs!!

Hope your new plan works out.

I can't believe it's only 11 weeks to your half marathon. It's the same til my daughter's wedding. 11 weeks!!!!
 
It's a big jump from 1,350 to 1,600 and its scary. I feel like i'm going to put on weight but I have to be patient and wait 2weeks to see :(

Today was supposed to be a 4.5miler but my body just didnt want to do it. I turnt around at the 2mile mark so did 4miles. Then went to body pump for an hour and beasted myself in the squats as a punishment for bailing out on 0.5 of a mile! :giggle:

No phys now till monday as working tomorrow evening and off to the horse racing on sunday.

About to ask the girls on twitter if todays menu looks good :fingerscrossed:
