Where did you get the insoles made hun? Something I've been looking at. Sorry to hear about totm again- how annoying. Hope you had a lovely time on the barbican and hoe! Well jell! Although I'm coming down in April :) x
 
We didn't go for a walk in the end, stevie was too hungover to walk :mad: I got the insoles made in sweatshop. Its a running shop, its not long opened here in Plymouth.

Todays run felt really good. I concentrated on pace and told myself before setting off not to worry about time aslong as I can keep a steady pace throughout.

I now have 4whole days of no phys whatsoever!!! :eek: :( with a weekend away. Oh and its weigh in tomorrow! :fingerscrossed:

Me too Jan! It'll have only been 6days but i've done 2exercises classes back to back and a 7mile run and kept my food & calories pretty good (except sunday when I ate out) so hopefully i'll get something off!!

Someone told me today that i'm looking 'slimmer' so tomorrow i'm going to start measuring again too! x

Good luck for WI, def a good idea to measure with all the different exercises u are doing x

Weigh in day and happy to report a 2.5lb loss!!! :party0049: Finally! Feels like my hard work has paid off. Hopefully this keeps up as I now have 13weeks to lose 15lbs :fingerscrossed:

Just had a mini binge :( got home from overtime so hungry had my sandwich, cheddars & banana but was still hungry so ate 2crackers with cheese & lf s.cream & a packet of hula hoops! :doh:

Just means i'll count today as one of my 1,750cal days instead of monday and must be uber good the weekend with food :fingerscrossed:
