Well & truely fallen off the wagon. Knew this was coming ...
packet of walkers, 2slices of soreen & a biscuit.

I've got a proper binge head on and I need to snap out of it otherwise i'll have a gain next thursday :( :sigh:

Feel free to kick me up the butt!

Nothing wrong with having a lazy day in bed every now and then. I'm the same though, if I stay in too long my back begins to ache!!

Good plan for week ahead, I must start doing that when I am off exante.

A little bit of what you fancy every now and then doesn't hurt, just don't let it turn into anything major.

Kick! Glad you had a nice lazy day though :) How is the exercise going?x

I feel much better today re food.
However, my run was rubbish! Different route, a stupidly steep hill, I had stones in my trainers and had to stop 3times to get them out, my ankles & feet ached, I needed a pee from mile 2 and i kept bloomin clock watching!

Still did the required 7miles though, albeit about a minute slower than last wee but atleast it got the miles in the legs.

Reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally enjoyed my lunch this evening! So much so the dog now isnt having the left over 1/2 a pack of rice i'm going to have it tomorrow so have updated the menus.

Run today:

What's with the soreen?? My daughter's just fb'd she's eaten 7(!!) slices with toothmark butter on!! Wassgoinontherthen??? ;)

Loving your planning - as usual. Isn't it strange how we know there's a bingy thing coming - and know when it's over too ... weird.

Did you see Horizon last week? It was about exercise and how people respond differently to it. That the response is actually genetic, NOT just some of us being particularly lazy!! (well that was MY interpretation of it anyway - but then it would be wouldn't it?!;))

It's worth a watch on the iplayer before it disappears, if you didn't see it xx

Oooh the banana Soreen doesn't need butter it's so damn delicious! Tis on offer at sainsburys tho maybe that's why! :giggle:

No I haven't seen that programme, what day was it on?xx

I'm not sure - but thinking about it - it was a freind at art who told me about it last wednesday so it might not still be on the iplayer but have a look, just search for horizon. It's worth a watch - i think you'd find it interesting. .......

Did it for you :) ... it's still there :D BBC iPlayer - Horizon: 2011-2012: The Truth About Exercise

We watched that programme and it was really interesting. Not sure it encouraged anybody to take up exercise though but interesting stuff!

Why do you think I thought it was good Bev??!!?? :giggle: xx

Slight change to todays menu in having a banana after my breakfast as I was ravenous & munched 1/2 a slice of plain bread whilst my omelette was cooking and stevie ate the last of my banana soreen so i'll have to take a jordans bar to work instead.

About to watch that programme now Jan :)

Didn't go much on that programme I didn't watch it all. It annoyed me from the start when he said going at 6mph was 'jogging' lol

Oh forgot to mention can't go pump tomorrow as dad has got me mum & Gma tickets to see Sally Morgan :) so it'll just be a run tomo.

Lol! I can see how it would irritate someone like yourself :). Either way it's interesting research imho.

Ooooo hope you enjoy Sally - we're going to see her again on June 14th :D xx
