Its the bank holiday feeling - I've been the same the past 2 days.... Back on track tomorrow - dont want to undo the past 3 weeks.

By the way you looked lovely in that Blue dress :) hope you've had a wonderful weekend.
 
It's ok, I stopped after lunch/dinner but did have some pick n mix at the cinema!

Last night was brilliant :) I laughed so much that my right side was killing me. Littlerally I didn't stop laughing all day. Such a fab day.

Um, yesterdays food then:

Sun 6th May
B- 1slice toast
peanut butter
L/D- buffet food: 2small slice of pizza, some cheese ball crisp, 3rolo cookies, some haribo sweets, 3mini pigs in blankets, mini scotch egg ... umm think that was it.

*when I got home I had a packet of crisp and some creamy coleslaw and a toasted crumpet with hp sauce ?!! lol

*1large glass of rose wine
*small glass of champers (toast)
*vodka & diet cokes for the rest of the day and night.

Mon 7th May
B- packet of crisp, 1 stick of twirl and 2crumpets with butter
*packet of crisp and hummous
L/D- 2handfuls of fried chips, 6onion rings, 2slices of gammon, 2chunks of chicken, 1/2 hot buttered roll, 2slices of cheese, coleslaw, saladcream
*apple pie & custard
*pick n mix

Guna chill out now with a drink in bed and catch up on some tv so vodka & diet coke too.

Enjoy your time off Tanya, sounds so busy but fun as well. I can't believe your niece/nephew is due already, where's that time gone??

Did an 11mile run today. Had cramp in my calfs during mile 9 which wasnt pleasant at all. Goes to show how much nutrition really effects us. I am looking forward to tomorrow, it'll be my last day of alcohol (maybe, might have a glass or two of wine saturday at the wedding) until after the half and the only thing I wont be able to control is food friday evening (off to bristol and grandad is laying on food) and food saturday at the wedding.

Just a quick one to say weigh in today and i'm 1.75lbs down and over all inch loss of 2inches :)
Think it could have been alot more if it wasnt for the alcohol and yesterdays run probably had something to do with it but hey i'm not knocking it!

Not entirely sure why my ticker doesnt allow .25's but i've got 7.25lbs to go and only 3weeks to do it in :sigh: looks like I wont get it before the plymouth half but hopefully i'll be close!!! :fingerscrossed:
 
Well done on the loss Tanya, that's great! I bet you'll be really close to losing those last few pounds by the Plymouth half!
 
You are doing great and that is a fab loss both weight wise and inch wise!!! The tough exercise regime is paying off. Double bonus is the fact you love it!!!!!!!!! So go Tanya!!!!!

Sarah, my dress is from Primark but I got it back last summer!

Still no baby Evans!!!! :( She went in saturday and they used a pessery to induce her. She's been having contractions since saturday night and yesterday, cuz it had been 24hours they said that the next step would be to break her waters/get her on the hormone drip or both. But they are taking their time but thats because she is a low risk birth and both Leanne and baby are healthy. Hopefully it will be sometime this evening they take her to the next stage as Lee as to go back to work on wednesday - which was the reason why they allowed her to be induced despite only being 3days over due!!! so please keep fingers and toes crossed! :fingerscrossed:

Now I'm guna try and remember everything I ate from thursday.... Calories have been a bit too wild but back on aboard tomorrow :) Fully expecting a gain next thursday so someone please remind me of these 5days when I moan about it! :rolleyes:
