I wasnt too keen on what I wore yesterday, my arms just made me look huge
nevermind. Edited yesterdays menu as forgot to add in the krisprolls I had and then I had a slither of cheesecake later on in the evening.
Up early again today had my final HepB jab. Not going to go pump just because i'm being lazy and i've already ran and showered and it doesnt start for another 2.5hours. And also the jab guy said 'don't do anything unnesecarily' ... i'll take that excuse
:giggle: Hating it this week, calories have been higher but my days have been all over the place. Some shorter and some alot longer than usual. Today is another long day which will inevitably mean more food. I had breakfast at 11, did my run and now I need something as belly is rumbling so menu change today :sigh: Next weeks weigh in is going to be rubbish.
Todays run was lush. I loved it. Felt strong and comfortable. Why can't that happen on my long runs?
Do I need cheesecake every tuesday before my long runs?!!
