Me and my friend have been speaking about it for a few months, been looking the past couple of weeks then saturday went into town, we didn't care where we went aslong as it was hot.
Ended up a week in Magaluf all inclusive. Go on the 11th. Cannot wait!
Yet again, weekend has been terrible. I've got so much on at the minute its hard to keep it reined it at the weekends
I got up sunday morning after 2hours sleep and went to step and pump.
I'm really beginning to see the affects of body pump now. I even mangaged to put a size 10 dress on!!!!! I couldnt believe it. It's a big cut I think but still, the label said 10

Last week I did a 7.16mile run, 4mile run, 3x body pumps & 1x body step. And my arms are really feeling it after those pumps. I added extra weight thursday and its a bloody killer!!! I'm gutted i'm going to be missing this sundays sesh

D- (out for a meal with the specials) .... lamb something with pineapple & garlic and 1/2 boiled rice.

L- roast: 1/2 chicken breast, 3 roasters, spoon mash, mixed veg, 3yorkshires

D- (went out for food with friends) .. butternut squash, spinach & feta panini with chips
1/2 chocolate brownie with vanilla icecream

I only have a 3day week this week as i'm off to bristol friday in prep for a family wedding saturday in warwick.
