I'm about 26.5 I think. Need to lose 10lbs to get to a 25 BMI so probably looking at 2/3 weeks. Yeah, just keep repeating to myself its not forever. In London for 4 days work from the 7th October so hopefully at 25 by then and will come back to maintenance. I'll then think about getting lower, perhaps to BMI to 23. I just want to maintain at a healthy weight first.
