says the network is connected to the button on your mouse,


but your packets want to tunnel to another protocol,


that's repeatedly rejected by the printer down the hall...

and the macro code instructions cause unwanted risk,


then you'll have to flash the BIOS and you'll want to RAM your ROM,

Out to lunch and then saw my neighbour sitting in the garden on my return so had a chat for a half hour. Too hot to stay out for long.

Not had anything for evening meal but will have some supper as it's going to be a long night methinks.

Breakfast - Oats 30g + Honey 1 tablspn
Dinner - Morrisons Chicken peas carrote and mash
Supper - Brazil Nuts 30g + Milk 120ml
Extra - Milk 120ml

Cals. 904 Carbs 69 Fat 39 Protein 62 Sugars 31 Fibre 7

 
Sunday 14th July 2013

Made an effort and went into the garden to dead head a beautiful rose bush. Did some other bits of weeding and restrung my tom plants which are doing very well..lots of toms forming too.
Too hot and clammy to do much else.

Breakfast - Oats 30g + Honey 1 Tablspn
Lunch - Cheese 50g + Salad + S.Cream 20g
Mid afternoon - Milky Coffee.. 150ml
Evening - Bacon 75g + Bread 1 slice + Butter
Supper - WW Fromage Frais
Extra - Milk 120ml

Cals. 963 Carbs 79 Fat 49 Protein 48 Sugars 46 Fibre 7

Unfortunately my hives attack which brought me to completely losing the plot for a couple of days resulted in my gaining just over 3lbs which has not gone up to now... so weight is 13st 7.2lbs (189.2)
4th time since beginning of May!!!

Monday contd:

Massage today which was really great as aches and pains hitting the roof. Apparently my shoulder problem is known as a frozen shoulder. Looked it up and it certainly tallies with all the symptoms and looks like it could take several years to get better.
Tesco afterwards and did a bit of shopping.

So hot that I was very glad to get back home. ..

Breakfast - Bacon 65g + Eggs poached 2
Lunch - Cheese 30g + Finn Crisps 2 + Butter + Cup.a.soup Tomato
Snack - Raspberries 75g + Crème Fraiche 75ml
Evening - Ham 100g + Salad + S.Cream 20g
Supper - Digestive Biscuits 1
Extra - Milk 120ml

Swimming this afternoon and had some lovely chats too. Getting to know more of them now as there's usually the same bunch there. Followed by Jacuzzi and steam.. lovely! Also did some of the exercises that I learned when I went to Aquafit.

Fighting the urge to doze off to sleep at the mo'... want to see if it will help me to get to sleep tonight a mite earlier than usual.
Delish meal this evening.

Just too hot to sleep so I was up at the crack of dawn and decided to get busy baring in mind that my back was on it's best behaviour.. :D
Sorted lots of items in the bedroom as I do tend to wear something and then fold it neatly but leave in a pile..so that's all been put away in the proper draws etc.

Home help called today as she's on holiday next week. Honestly..she is such a lovely person and doesn't mind doing anything I ask. We..I say "we" but mainly she took all the things off my computer desk and hammered it back together because when the new carpet was laid and they lifted it over it sort of came apart a bit and the keyboard shelf kept dropping out. Very annoying that!! Being a flat pack item they are never as good as those pre-assembled. Searched online for a pre-assembled desk but they are really expensive so that will have to wait for now altho' this seems to be very much improved now.

Not much else done but I am quite pleased with my early effort.

Morning Emm - what about trying an auction room - you might get a good quality desk for a reasonable price and I think that most of them deliver too. You could then sand it and either varnish or paint. Worth a look if nothing else.

Not a good night altho' I'm quite sure I'm not alone in that!
Had a nice snooze for a couple of hours this morning which made a difference.
Went into back garden to water tom plants and was surprised that it was actually quite cooler outside so stayed and did a bit of weeding especially pulling out bindweed which is such an absolute pest!
My lovely fav rose..Whiskey Mac, is finally flowering. My friends gave it to me some few years ago but Mow & Grow cut it down when they came.. stupid twats! Must take a pic of it.
Met my neighbour in the garden and said to her that I had cleaned all the hallway and she said she hadn't noticed! :eek: .. cheeky sod!

Pleased to see weight is now down to 13st 5.6lbs..:clap:

Menu today has been very good.

Dont like knowing weight, so staying off scales. Want to bypass 11s so not weighing until 2nd Aug!

Decided to go swimming again today..too hot to do anything else.
Not such a friendly bunch on Fridays and man who kept calling me "my dear" was there. After a bit I was about to tell him that I found it quite patronising..and then he didn't do it any more.
Weight still at 187.6 so am hoping that wont change at all for my Monday WI.
