23 pounds in 20 weeks diary

it was shredded beef, fresh egg noodles (just 100g) and a full family stir fry bowl...not sure how that would have gone round a whole family like lol. and half a sachet of tesco finest thai stir fry sauce, that used a lot of cals up but was delicious. next time im just going to use may though as its less cals and just as yummy if you put garlic and spices in.

im going to try to write what im eating on here and put pics up of my food to keep me motivated so today ive had and am planning to have:

breakfast: oats so simple cranberry and raisins porridge with semi skimmed milk (18oml), coffee with a splash of semi skimmed milk 244 cals

dinner: tesco crumbed ham (x2), nimble wholemeal (x2), light mayo (30ml)- 187 cal

tea: frozen jacket potato from heron, quorn mince 150g, chopped tomatoes 200g, red kidney beans 120g, baked beans 205g, onion 25g, baby mushrooms 100g, tsp of gravy granules- 771 cals

im 2 cals over lol, ill have some sugar free juice too so possibly 50 cals over max. but ill be doing some walking and running later. ill upload a pic of my tea

today i had 2 slices of nimble with lightest lurpak spread and marmalade for brekkie
dinner was a shapers meal, a wrap, crisps and drink.

im at work and have to leave at 4.15 so i either eat before i go or wait til i get back...or have something there,but as its takeaway food i dont trust myself. i think ill have a weight watchers meal before i go then a light snack when i get back, i wont be ready for a nig meal before i go.

got weighed today as fridays going to be a problem as im working in the day, saturday i have a hair trial and its my daughters 3rd birthday, and sunday its her party so im not going to have time to get weighed. might have to weigh in again on monday. anyway i lost a pound since last friday yay!!!
