30 Day Squat Challenge - who's in?

Hi Sophie,

I just set my own, think that is how it works. It has been quite a good challenge and I'm enjoying it because I know other people are doing it along with me. x

There is a set number for each day (my first post on this thread notes them all) but nothing is set in stong and if people want to do their own version of it then that's cool too :)

I'm afraid I've been SO bad and not done any of my squats for the last week. I *need* to get back to it tonight, I'm feeling disappointed that I've slacked off. Not sure whether to stay at the day I stopped at, or whether I should go back to day 1.
 
Well unfortunately Christmas and life got in the way and I completely abandoned this - sorry folks!

Anyone manage to complete their 30 days?

Also - anyone up for giving this another bash now we're into the New Year? :)
