not too bad.. iv been splitting it up! so today when i get home i will do 65 squats then rest for 30 seconds then the other 65 squats. I think my body is getting used to it now! i split my squats up too, so first half ill do standard squats with weights, and the second half ill do sumo squats with a bounce (squat down and then bounce once then back up)
I dont really feel it in my legs the next day anymore but im not new to squats, i have always done them and done large amounts. maybe thats why? butt is lookin a bit perkier though! haha
Also saw khloe kardashian post up the 30 day squat challenge on fb.. must be getting popular! lol
