so exhausted today so havent done my work out but have been chasing my daughter around and looking after my mil who has broke her wrist. Have done it 4 times already this week and will do it agian in the morning so im not too stressed about it. Weigh in tomorrow night.

dinner - weight watchers lasagne (5.5), jacket spud
