Thanks ladies, I do a bit yes but that's cos the scales still say the same even with my fish & chips last night although to be honest I think it over calculated what I ate. Am going to a new class at the gym tonight, 90s dance music in the dark with glow sticks, excited muchly!!!!!

No one will ever stay the exact same week to week that's why I always set a maintenance cushion. Mine was 9.2 to 9.7 as we do weigh differently every minute if every day lol. A 3/4lb gain on totm is fab. I do remember reading somewhere though that maintenance cals differs from someone whose always maintained weight. We should reduce our maintenance cals by 10% to maintain a lower weight after being iverweight. Unfair I know. Xxx
Gosh this cold weather makes me sooooooooo hungry, around 1700 today. Tomorrow I'm going to meadow hall shopping centre with a friend who eats a lot then out for a meal tomorrow night so reckoning I'll manage a 3000ish day lol

Meadowhall was heaving, queues for food ridiculous so I went for the shortest which was Pizza Hut & no 3G signal so didn't realise quite how bad what I had was, almost 1000 cals!!!! Then my mate bought me a caramel shortbread before we left & I bloody well ate it. Meal out I went for one of the 500 cal options & walked 17000 steps over the day inc walking the 2 miles home from the pub last night. Was a good day bit still gutted at waste of cals
