Nope they didn't turn up so £34 later I've ordered replacements. Good fast today at 461 lowest ever I think. Was 1.5lb up on official this morning so hopefully I should get my 10 back this week as long as the next 2 days go ok. The cold weather is definitely making me hungry

10:13:25 this morning so I'm happy with that, 1/2lb up from yesterday & fasted today ending on 512 although I sense it will be a really early night!!!! Weigh in tomorrow

Happy with scales which show a 2lb loss from last week & give me my lowest weight. This week I would absolutely love to lose another 2lb but don't think it will happen. I'm gonna throw in some 16:8s too see if that works for me

Fast for 16 hours & eat all your food in the next 8 so I had my tea at 6pm last night so I don't eat until 10am (16 hours) then I have to have eaten all the food I'm having by 6pm, I actually did 19:8 though as know tea will be nearer 7pm. Not sure if it works but thought it was worth a try
