At goal & now beyond... 5:2 officially rocks!

Well down day yesterday done but I really struggled & I honestly dreamt about food all night even supermarket shopping lol! So, scales, they're 11:4:25 this morning so 1.5lb up on official which if it were a normal week I may get back down & get a sts but not on a birthday week so up day today & tomorrow followed by down day Thursday is the plan & back to Monday Wednesday fasts next week....
 
I'd postpone too, as long as you are sure you will get right back on it after your bday x x
 
You weigh every day any way :) so you will know the damage even if we don't ;)
 
Thanks everyone food has been horrific for 2 days & I'm expecting tomorrow morning about a 6-7lb gain on last week but it doesn't matter I have 3 fasts ahead of me & I know it will come down again even if it takes a good couple of weeks to do so. I've enjoyed it but am actually looking forward to a fast tomorrow. I've tracked 1900 cals today but it will have been a lot more I know it will, probably nearer 3000 if I'm honest but hey ho. Onwards & downwards x
 
Oh & this was my birthday pressie to myself, it's very red & swollen & the shading will go very pale grey when it's settled & healed

Glad you enjoyed some naughty treats for your birthday - I intend to do the same for mine! I won't like the gain, but as you say, it'll soon go! :) xx
 
It's your birthday Hun, and you've enjoyed it.. Any gain won't be a true gain and it will soon come off... Tattoo looks good , as do toe nails xx
 
Thanks ladies yes I enjoyed my birthday but not the 11:8 on the scales this morning, that's a 5.25lb gain which is pretty impressive lol. Anyway I know it's not real weight & I'm fasting 3 times this week so hopefully a chunk of it will be gone by this time next week. Can't believe I'm not really freaking out... And yes Tracy it was my most painful to date I would say....

I think Tara I've found something I trust to work so no point in freaking out & I know this is not a diet it's a way of life now.... Am hoping 3 fasts this week will help Lisa but don't expect it all to go in a week I'll be happy if it's gone in a fortnight x
