Lunch:
Tesco Healthy Choices Chicken Salad Sandwich [15]
Fridge Raiders [1]
Apple & Melon snack pack
Tea:
Quorn Spaghetti Bolognaise - mushrooms, peppers, tinned toms & pasaata + stock cube

Quite impressed I managed to not go over syns that much even having a sandwich for my lunch!
Also I have been at home for a week with no proper internet access, but I'm now back to posting as close to daily as possible.
