Have a great day.
That cauliflower soup does sound yummy!
Well done at continuing to record everything you eat. I haven't managed that for ages now.
Thank you Rosielea! Thank you for the encouraging words.... my plan was going well until we had a fire alarm emergency at the block of flats we live in! We were stood outside until 8.30pm (with soaking wet hair!) and I didn't get around to cooking, so the OH ordered a takeaway! So that was that good day down the drain! On the bright side I did have a good EE day yesterday Things are slowly falling back into place! x
Glad you had a good EE day. I think when you live with someone it is more difficult. Glad you had a good EE day and do not let one takeaway set you back. This sort of thing happen but what action we take afterwards is the important part.
We have and 6 WI until christmas and I am sure you'll lose 5 lbs by then. I am hopeing to lose a similar amount but not going to worry myself about it too much and let it happen naturally by staying on plan. Have a great day.
Your food sounds really lush. I had a Tuna pasta with salad last night which I thought you might be interested to make. It is very easy
1 medium onion, tuna, sweetcorn, FF fromange fraise, 1 egg, cheese
Slice onion and dry fry, add tuna, sweetcorn, salt & pepper, garlic and fry for further minute or so.
Layer with cooked pasta. Mix fromanage fraise and egg, whisk and pour over.
Cook in the oven 180 degrees for 20 minutes until mixture on top is set. Sprinkle with grated cheese and put back in the oven for 5 minutes or so until cheese starts bubbling.
I got 2 portion out of it. Enjoy
Well done Rachel - you're a great inspiration!
