Cas's weightloss diary x

Well only 5lbs to go to meet my November challenge as ive lost a pound this wk.
5.5lbs to go to meet my xmas challenge,
12lbs to go to get st off by xmas.

Today:

B- tea and jaffa cake 2pps

L-vegetable soup and 2 slices of ww bread 6pps

D-Chicken, jacket potato and low fat coleslaw 10pps

S- curly wurly, 2 cereal bars, 2 cheese curls 11pps

Total 29 pps/1200 cals.

E- 1 hr of walking!.

I've got some fruit and salad stuff which should last til Monday then I'll get some more to bulk up my meals so I'm hoping for a good loss. Were having no takeaways either. Good luck for next week x
 
This wk im sticking to my dailys or around 1200 cals, feeling really motivated today got loads to do to keep myself busy, im really pleased with the weightloss so far but still got another 2st to go, but as from tomorrow Im going be walking to do the school run everyday as it does help with my weightlosses on average I can burn off around 500 extra calories. I really need try cutting back on snacks and eat more fruit and veg aswell.

Today

B- Tea and cereal bar 3pps

L- cheese curls cereal bar 5 pps

D-Cottage pie, mixed veg, roast potatoes 10pps

S-

I wudnt get bored of losing 4lb per wk! my foods is probably more boring feels like I eat the same things everyday! I will give it ago one wk just to see if I lose anymore but cudnt do the peas thogh x

Well quite proud of myself my oh fancied a snack so I cooked him some mini pizzas and I didnt do myself any, usually on a sunday I'd give in to a treat ive only had 26 points/1100 cals today! xx

Sounds a good plan SM :) It did feel good refusing pizza even though they were only 250 cals, so im back in the zone as ive only got 7 wks left of the xmas challenge.

B-tea, eat smart bar and apple

L- jacket spud wiv low fat coleslaw

D- chillii, jacket and coleslaw.

S- 2 alpen lights, apple.

Total cals: 1127 pps 26.

Excercise 2 hrs walking - 500 cals burned xxx

Thanks I should get there in time got 5mths to lose a stone I do have bad wks when I go off track but I manage to pick myself back up and get back on it, having Hollie as made a big difference I just want to be healthy for the girls.

Oh wud love to be 10 st but probably have a fair bit lose skin myself it doesnt help with having 3 sections ur stomach never looks the same again xx
 
Thanks Sparkle, I do enjoy my wkends but im trying to just have saturdays off rather than the whloe wkend, so making progress! I spend so many years putting off dieting and feeling down so I im in a great place now.

Well I don't know wot to do today, there's so much housework needs doing as we decorating the living room (redoing the bits my lil monster ruined!) we ran out of wallpaper and found out its being discontinued! luckly we manage to get hold of the very last roll online but got wait now till the wkend to finish it. Im keeping an eye on comet as their meant to be huge discounts this wk as my oh broke our tv! so hoping to get hold of a bargin x
