Thanks Hun, dont be hard on yourself you are moving so it is stessful time but im glad ur back on it now, really want us all to do this. I think it helped staying on track over wkend I had a takeaway on sat but everything else I stuck to dailys or around 1200 cals so only used about 20 wklys. I didnt eat much bread, ive ate loads of jacket potatos, chicken and few weight watchers meals and eaten more fruit and veg, mainly apples and portions of mixed veg. I done more exercise mainly walking wiv the kids, and ive not ate much chocolate just ate those nu cereal bars and jaffa cakes as snacks x

You could just carry on ur exante diary as ur kind of doing it parttime or start one in calorie section as its still calorie based or wait till ur back doing ww's. Im glad Ive kept this diary going as otherwise id have diaries everywhere!

Your plan looks fab!! im sure ur get those 3lbs off! you've lost so much this wk so its definietly works!

Im going have 1200 cals today, 1800 tomorrow, 1300 sunday and then 1200 the rest of the wk! and aim for 2lbs off! im not going stck wiv eating the same kinds of foods again and keep up with the excercise x

Oh and if I do lose 2lbs my ticker will be saying 50lbs lost!

I don't feel so great! Just food related! Need to have a great weekend but I'm working nights sat and Sunday :-( and I find it hard! Food wise. X

Thanks Ladies just trying my best, im planning a big shopping spree on 21st dec so really really want to drop another dress size by then :) and fit into some skinny jeans instead of buying bootcut!!!

Done about 3 hrs fast pace walking today, feeling much fitter now! just got a new laptop so going start going on youtube to do fitness workouts instead of wasting money on dvds, really need to tone up my tummy and middle area x
