Hi all, well haven't had the chance to get a lot of exercise in as I been trying to tidy up the house from the decorating, so I've kind of still burnt calories. I'm going walk to the school in a bit, so at least I get an hour walking in :) checked the scales earlier and I'm 2lbs down so its looking good for Friday.

Well I actually did 90 mins, my legs are feeling it now! I've got my fingers crossed for friday :) If I get over 2 and half pounds off ive completed the xmas challenge but ive set myself an extra 5.5lbs to lose for myself.

As for food the last wk most days have been sw friendly, only yesterday if following the plan properly I would of gone over in syns, how you getting on Sarah? x


Today:

B- Crumpet and tea

L- Jacket Potato and lowfat coleslaw

D- Chilli wiv jacket potato, small portion of mixed veg.

S- Cheese and onion rice cakes, 2 nu cereal bars, apples

Total 28pps/1098 cals

Ha ha I wish! only slightly thinner, do you measure yourself sm ive never bothered too wish I had now be interesting to see where the inches are comng off! but with the walking I usually get my 2 lo's ready and taking Emily to school poor emily I make her walk all the way as its half hr walk to the school so if I walk both times it works out 2 hrs of walking! sometimes I am lazy so we don't do it everyday x

Food today

B- apple

L- Jacket wiv salad and nu cereal bar

D- Spag bowl

S-fruit, 2 nu cereal bars, kitkat. Cals 1300 ish
