Cas's weightloss diary x

Hope you have lost again cas, you deserve to, wonder if you'll get a chunk again?
Mum has decided she is gonna have a go ccing so im pleased about that :) x

Morning im feeling very tired, Hollie didn't get to sleep till bout 2.30 last night, she was screaming her head off! its really unlike her I think she's teething so ended up giving her some calpol and then she eventually took a feed which settled her. As for wi I've lost 3lbs so im down to 11.8 I still got along way to go so changing my goal weight to 10st.7 x

Well I have bought that belt thing so will let you know how I get on with that!

Also stuff that is free and can be done at home:
- Normal crunches and bicycle crunches (I actually prefer bicycle crunches to normal)
- Try using a football or medicine ball and balance in a sort of sit up position and touch the ball on either side of you (poor explanation sorry!!)
- Planks really help, also those mountain climb things where your arms are on the ground and you get alternative knees up under your chest.

OMG awful explanations sorry!!

Thanks ladies, im going get one of those belts for Christmas, they look really good! so thanks for posting the link :) those exercise look great too, especially if im short of time! Im going measure myself now and start 30 day shred on Monday maybe sunday if we don't go to westfield! Oh river island boots sound fab my OH is treating me too! just realised I can probably fit into river island and topshop clothing now!

Tez you got 4 wks you can do it xx
 
Do it t2g!!! Mine is enroute from amazon, I am scared of it!! We can do a challenge 20mins a day til xmas or something and report our measurements or something :)

Cas shopping on Oxford St in December is enough to depress anyone you brave, brave person :p
