Cas's weightloss diary x

Hey hun I started a new diary but think I might keep this one, yeah been doing well lately just need to keep it up till xmas, then i've aving a week off!.


Food today:

B- 2 nu cereal bars

L- Jacket wiv coleslaw

D- Chicken breast, salad, jacket potato and BBQ sauce.

S- Kitkat and nu cereal bar.

Exercise- ive burnt 671 calories with an hr walking, 30 mins fitness dvd and 15 mins 30ds!.

I cannot sort diet out either but you are doing so well cas! And the exercise u do is inspiring x
 
I've settled on ccing but i normally can't decide what diet to do, but today im starving! already had two lunches, must stop eating till teatime :) x
 
Hope you've manage to stay on track Saz, I probably struggle later!

Well ive done 20 mins of my fitness dvd this morning, the boxing section and bums and thigh's and 70 mins walking, so its looking good!

So far today:

B- Alpen light, apple and half cuppa

L-Jacket potato wiv lil butter

D- Chicken steak, low fat coleslaw and Jacket potato

S- Nu choc cereal bar, 1 cookie , Kitkat

Exercise: 70 mins walking and 20 mins fitness dvd burnt of over 500 cals!

Yesterday looked fab food and exercise Cas . Hope you have a good day. 1/2 way to the weekend HURRAHHH
 
you really do good with the exercise cas, i always seem to put on or not lose as much when i exercise so because im hoping to see a good loss on Sat i think i might wait till next week to dig my davina dvd out :)
