Hope you've manage to stay on track Saz, I probably struggle later!
Well ive done 20 mins of my fitness dvd this morning, the boxing section and bums and thigh's and 70 mins walking, so its looking good!
So far today:
B- Alpen light, apple and half cuppa
L-Jacket potato wiv lil butter
D- Chicken steak, low fat coleslaw and Jacket potato
S- Nu choc cereal bar, 1 cookie , Kitkat
Exercise: 70 mins walking and 20 mins fitness dvd burnt of over 500 cals!
