Oh no ive had 2 kitkats tonight just needed something to pick me up, going need to have a low day tomorrow x

Thanks ladies, having a down moment been offered funded 2yr place for my little girl but its with a child minder and got meet her 2mrow, would preferred a nursery place so not sure what to do xx

its hard isn't it cas, callum didn't get in the nursery i wanted him in after the Easter hols, and had to wait till Sept so i got him into a private one but i was unsure about it at first, but he loved it after the first week and half, you'll know whether its right one you've met her tomoz. good luck for wi tomoz.x

Thanks Saz it is really hard knowing what's best for them, apart of me would be happy just waiting till September when she should get into a school nursery, it is hard leaving them I think I go tomorrow and keep an open mind about it but I still prefer a nursery place x

Thanks hun, 2lbs off so I've lost a stone over last 4 wi's! Can't believe there's only 3 more wi's till xmas, not much time to get into my size 12-14 jeans but going do my best! x

B- alpen light

L- rustic chips

D- spag bowl with slice of garlic bread

S- 2 nu cereal bars and Kitkat.

Total points 28/ 1127 cals.

Exercise: Burnt off 467 cals- mainly walking with the lo's xxx

Well I'm trying to be good today and not have my usual Saturday night takeaway, I really want to get as much off as possible before Christmas! so aiming to lose 3lbs next wk!


Food so far:

B- Alpen light 2pps

L- Jacket Potato and coleslaw 7pps ,

D- Chicken breast, onion rings and homemade wedges 12pps

S- kitkat and 2 nu cereal bar, mini mars 13pps.

Total 34pps 45 Wklys left.

Hi guys, I ended up having dominos for tea so I've had 45pps today 16 wklys used! it has been a busy day, we went to mil's, visited my grandad in hospital and then went shopping. I brought two nice tops from DP's in a 14 and they fitted perfect, so goodbyes 16's usually I have to go up a size in tops! x

Woo awesome NSV on the tops What are they like? I bought a couple from oasis online in a 'S' am v.dubious as to whether I will be able to squish into them!
