Cas's weightloss diary x

1 pound off for me :) I'm actually quite pleased with that, if I carry on losing a 1lb per week that's another 8lb off by Easter :)

B- Alpen light and cuppa.

L- 2 slices of hovis bread, Tesco's lentil and veg soup

D-Pizza baguette, garlic wedges and BBQ sauce.

S- Shape bar, 1 nu cereal bar, skips, nu skinny muffin.

Total: 1256 cals 31 pro points.

I'm giving my self 9000 calories for week starting today, so my calories will renew every Friday. My worse habit is not counting every bite! so will do from now on.

I will look out for that I have tried the quorn one and don't like it that much but I love turkey stuff so might give that a go hope everything gets sorted for Wednesday x
