1 pound off for me I'm actually quite pleased with that, if I carry on losing a 1lb per week that's another 8lb off by Easter

L- 2 slices of hovis bread, Tesco's lentil and veg soup
D-Pizza baguette, garlic wedges and BBQ sauce.
S- Shape bar, 1 nu cereal bar, skips, nu skinny muffin.
Total: 1256 cals 31 pro points.
I'm giving my self 9000 calories for week starting today, so my calories will renew every Friday. My worse habit is not counting every bite! so will do from now on.
Thanks Debs, its not the 3lbs I wanted but its still weight off! I think I have lost inches though my legs look bit slimmer getting more of shape than just looking fat, I feel a lot more confident now too x
I love it, not keen on normal bacon as I don't like fat on meat, but its really low in cals but bit expensive as you only get 6 slices. I'm still waiting on my friend to get back to me about looking after Emily for the funereal, hoping she's going offer to have Hollie as well x
I will look out for that I have tried the quorn one and don't like it that much but I love turkey stuff so might give that a go hope everything gets sorted for Wednesday x
