Hi cas thanks for the help with the cable ended up over as I used my extra for tear and share garlic bread bit didn't stop at a quarter and ended up having half so 256 over for the day, going to weigh Saturday again not feeling as confident this week , you look like you are doing great your excercise cals are amazing x what day you weighing
 
Hey, I love garlic bread its always on my shopping list!!

I'm going wi tomorrow :) I just found it a struggle to be good on a Friday night! Plus my body good use to being a Friday weigher! so its become apart of my routine.

I'm not sure about this week I've burnt a lot of cals and ate ,so think I'll do deserve a small loss if the scales are going co operate!!

Today:
B- alpen light and rice crispy bar.

L- pizza baguette.

D- Chicken quarter with homemade garlic wedges.

S-2 chocolate cereal bar and curly wurly.

Cals 1151 pps 28.
 
Baguette and the garlic wedges sound delish I am going for Saturday this week I don't feel confident for a loss at all this week but I did have 6lb last week so might have to suck up a stay the same x I think you are going to do great your excercise numbers have been amazing you motivated me into dojng that video , my legs are killing today and its meant to be a core routine lol
 
She is still in docs came around again on evening rounds and the temp is still to high and heart rate to high but they don't know why they are keeping her anouther night poor little thing breaking my heart at two they can tell you it hurts and that they want the doctor to stop touching them they look at you like why are you letting them hurt me had a bit of a cry earlier , worried about my sister as well she is at breaking point I think x

Thanks for everyone's lovely comments, well todays been a disaster just not been on plan so starting fresh tomorrow. My little girl flooded the bathroom so its been one of those days but I shouldn't be making excuses!

Looking back through my weeks I seem to do better when I have a Saturday's as a high day, so think I'm going do that and aim for 1200 cals for the other 6 days, even on a high day I wouldn't go over on 2000 cals, so my weekly calories should be around 9200 cals, so average of 1314 a day!

So today looks like this:

B-3 finger rich tea biscuits 100 cals

L-Turkey bacon sandwich 250

D- Chinese -800 cals

S- Double deckor 275 cals, 2 mini muffins 200 cals, chocolate rasin biscuit bar 90 cals

Total Cals 1715.

Debs hope your doing ok, I'm with you on 2lb again :)
 
To be fair 1750 is not to bad and got some nice goodies in for that , right two it is we can keep each other motivated again I have resisted pear cider today even though I could really do with a large drink lol, is there much damage to the bathroom? Kids eh
