Cas's weightloss diary x

Oh right, I want some new scales too. I wi at class tomorrow hun I'm hoping for a good loss, but my scales aren't showing a good loss :( x

Donna-Sounds so yummy but don't give it to me! I don't normally like them but this week I've eaten 4! I fancy the caramel ones now as their 10 cals less!

Gem- Thanks my food diary is so boring, all I tend to eat is chicken but it is so quick and easy x

Cas your food diary is not boring!!! How's Maisie today? Megan is up and winding her brother up so I'd say she is on the mend, have you got snow? we have fed up means no walk to the park today

Hiya,

Thanks Donna, She's seems a bit better today not been sick so far, she's just warm really, Daddy treated her to dr mcstuffings toy so she's quite happy playing with that at the moment so I think she's on the mend too. Glad Meg's feeling brighter.

Yep we definitely have snow been out for walk to the next sale, its so cold here as well and I'm so fed up with it, hurry up Spring!!

How did you get on Tez?

I'm upping my cals slightly, going try and have 1300 during weekend and 1200 week on week days.

Today:
B- turkey bacon sandwich on hovis wg bread.
L- Lentil and veg soup, 1 slice of wm bread.

Cas, I've found your diary! Hope the little ones are ok and you're not coming down with anything yourself either!

Hi Cas - glad Maisie is feeling brighter today - today has been very long here - and the snow has continued to fall - finally stopping around teatime

Need to think of a Plan B for Meg's birthday - very much doubt anything will be open on Easter Sunday - and I can't imagine taking 11 children out for an Easter Egg Hunt

Hiya! This is an awesome food diary, thanks for sharing. Only problem is, after reading the last couple of pages, I want a cream egg! :party0048::17729:

Also, snow?! Where do you folks live? Must be cold there!

Hope everyone is feeling a bit better :)

Aw well done on your loss supergroovy- that's amazing, we're in cold England- London/Essex's! PLZ send some of your sunshine our way!

Update on the crème egg- I've gone off them yay!!!

As for Maisie she's still really ill, not eating very hot just not her usual monkey self! was Meg like that? any ideas for Meg's birthday could you change it to the Saturday, cinema, bowling and some places like that maybe open on Easter sunday x

Hey glad Maisie is seeming a bit better. Hope shes not ill much longer. 3.5lb off this week got my 5% award too xx

Thanks, I know your doing amazing! so glad your back on track and it feels like we've not spoke in ages! well done on 5% award!

I know it's crazy how busy it been since I went back to work after Christmas I always pop on to keep up with what's happening but I don't seem to have time to catch up which I miss her need to make time to reply on postpage and log my foods.
I'm with Vodafone there absolutely rubbish in can't remember why I went with them in the first place but my contract is up in May and my hubbys phone broke it was with 02 and the problem wasn't covered under warranty and it's not insured they wanted £104 to repair it but if could upgrade in 3 months so we went into the 02 shop to see if there was anything he could do to get a new contract/phone any to shorten it a bit lol we ended up both getting a contract with new phones for £22 a month and we each got £125 off our bills and they dropped what was remaining on Andys contract right down. So it saves us £60 a month on our contracts and best of all it was so easy I was very impressed.
Anyway kids have been full of cold and works really dead at times mo but him concentrating on my diet want to get my stone next week. We'll essay over but I'm going to try keep up xx

That's good hun, its nice getting new phone, I only pay 16 quid a mth for my phone I just need to keep an eye on not going over my mins, otherwise I end up paying loads more than that- still got a yr left on my contact I might enquire though!

Well had a rubbish night me and Hollie have both caught the bug, Hollie been really bad she's never been sick like that, I'm coping but not had any sleep as if Hollie wasn't being sick then I was! sorry for tmi and then Maisie been sick all morning.

While all this is happening Oh is tucked up in a warm bed in the other room, he thinks that's helping!

Not sure what to do about Hollie its probably best not to give her any milk- just water?

Your doing amazing with the diet, going back to work getting into a routine seems to help how many pps are you having each day xx

Oh that's awful but couldn't of avoided catching it has guess how's Emily? I would just keep an eye on Hollie in case she gets dehydrated I'd presume the milk would make it worse but it depends how much water you can get her to take, poor little lady. Hope your not too ill for too long. Mind I wouldn't be happy if my hubby was off in a different room not helping. I'm on 34pp now xx

Thanks :)

So far Emily and Chris haven't got it but as he had a nice asleep he be able to take over while I'll have a long nap, just washing all the bed stuff and baby blankets don't want to run out, have you got snow? we got a tiny bit here.

I might water the milk down just give 4 scoops and 6oz of water, she won't take water i'll try her with tiny bit of juice as well.

When I'm better I might try and aim for 30 pps and just have extra 20 pps over the weekend, I don't seem to lose when I have all my weekly's.

How's Jack and Naomi?
