Thanks Shanny, Mel KC and SH, I feel really down today, thinking about a road once trodden instead of focusing on the one ahead. Your support is helping greatly. Will definitely tell Mandy on Tuesday that I want to move up to 810.
I am gutted about David Cassidy but think he has had alcohol problems for some time. What a waste!! He had to be the most beautiful young man in the 70s or maybe I was just a hormonal teenager
Mind you, I thought Rolf Harris was lovely hahaha.
I wonder if I can get Partridge family dvds from Amazon, must look into that. It would probably be too cheesy for words now BUT I can see the young DC again.....now thats a road once trodden that I really wouldnt mind revisiting......phwoaarrrrrrr!!!!!!

@ Mel, not sure what my dvd player plays but will check it out, hoping it is a multi whatever lol then I can swoon away every Saturday, just like in the olden days lol

Sister and niece are here. They are having dinner in a while and I am going to take myself off for a nice bubble bath while they eat, so I am out of the way of temptation. Feeling a lot calmer now. Phew. Don't like the hunger though, forgotten what it was like to feel hungry :cry:xx

Hey Chels, big hugs hun. I feel for you as I have slipped in very similar ways to you (and no clamping or getting locked out to send me over the edge) and I am finding it hard to get back into the swing of things. You have done so well on SS, and I think going up to 810 is a good option. Don't let this change in tack take away from the success you have had over these last few weeks.
By the way, did we hear how the hair appointment went?? Enjoy your evening with your family. A bath sounds a great idea and I may go and have one - if I can get my backside off the settee that is! Big hugs xxx

Thanks Wales, I'm feeling a lot calmer now and still have a shake to have. Bath was lovely, lots of bubbles and candlelight...bliss.
The hair is ok. She put two different light coloured highlights in, so not harsh but has lifted the base colour and I now feel a bit more 'me'. She also chopped into it a bit more so that it isnt so heavy.
Niece is on her laptop doing homework, sis is sewing and I'm watching Dancing on Ice, wishing I could be gliding along in a lovely man's arms looking graceful and sporting a nice firm arse like those skater girls have lol xxx

Sounds like a lovely evening. I have just dropped daughter & friend off to town, she has a 'midnight jam' party, so went off with guitar & harmonica, then getting lift back to friend in town to stay the night & home on first bus. Eeek. She'll be fine, she has a great group of friends & no school tomorrow as it's half term. So I am on my lonesome, hope to get a bit more work done.
Like you, I have a shake saved for now, which feels like a real treat.

Aww Chels Sweetie, so sorry that you've had a bad time but glad that you are on 'the up' again. Isn't it scary when that happens? I think the regret is so hard to deal with but I know now that it's so important to move on.

Hi Chels - Just catching up on your diary! You've had a rough couple of days but I have to say that I LOVE the way you handled that clamper!! :banana dancer: Shaking your goods at him must have been priceless to watch - I bet you made that other man's day!!
Don't worry about the digestives. It happens to all of us and personally if it was me I would have bought far more than a packet of biscuits! You are doing brilliantly to jump straight back on so put it behind you. Katy's post was really good so can't add to that really.
