So far, so good MM. Talking of wardrobe malfunctions, a young girl last Friday had problems.......her knicker elastic snapped but luckily she was wearing trousers, which stopped them falling to the floor. She had to walk around for the whole afternoon, with her drawers mid-ships lol xxMorning Chels --
I hope that you have a good day at work, and avoid any wardrobe malfunctions! hee hee

Mel, the spa day sounds fab. I love the spa, especially the steam rooms, dark, mood music and the wonderful aromas. LushThanks Chels,
I had a fab day at the spa. I think the SW online is a good option for you.

Risotto sounds really tasty Linda and as long as it didnt contain any octopus in it, I would wolf it down Glad everything is ok with you and you are keeping on keeping on. xxMorning Chels, nice sunny day here, definately makes you feel better.
Well done on signing up to SW online, had a look yesterday but still signed up to WW for now but have decided to try SW for a while, didn't work for me last time but it is a good way to diet. Had Prawn Rissotto last night, was a hit with all but 1 of us (but he "doesn't like seafood").... he actually doesn't like anything.... wouldn't have believed it was diet food so good all round.
Hope you have a good day today xx
The sun is out here too and it is pleasantly warm. I am sitting in my atrium in just a thin, short-sleeved cotton top and am considering opening one of the doors Mustn't get too excited though, apparently it is going to get colder towards the weekend........groan!!! Still, its a little taste of things to come and it gives everyone a lift that's for sure.Morning Chels!!!
I see the sun trying to force it's way out! Yay! I hope that you are having a good day at work. I am supposed to work very hard today to make up for bunking yesterday. Oh well, the wages of sin.
MM
I don't go out. I've given up the cigs. Rarely drink these days. Oh......I've got it.........I'll just not eat.......
Sucks doesn't it? Charity shop shopping here I come, might get myself a nice frock or two for the cruise......who would know that I was wearing second hand clothes???????I thought we'd tried that -- it was costing us, too. Can't afford to buy smaller clothes.
MM
I love charity shopping, started when I began losing weight along with buying Sainsburys clothes and now I'm hooked. And if you can wash it...? No problem. And the books.......oh yesssss! xx
I agree with your comments about this section of mini's being more intimate than the SW part, I suppose it's because we all know each other by now, nice though. xxx
Hi Linda, I thought I would stick with my WI day as Tuesday. I weighed this week and had a STS, which I was pleased with as I am doing not quite CD and not quite SW either, 25-75% respectively I reckon. Allowing for some glycogen replenishment I think that is pretty good.I have loads of SW recipe books (and weightwatchers lol).... this months SW magazine has some really good recipes in it, that was where I got my prawn rissotto one from and there are more I will try out next week too......
Are you still having a regular WI day Chels?
Hi honey, I'm fine thanks. Hope you are too.Morning Chels,
How are you doing hun? Hope you are enjoying your new plan, loads of freedom to choose from different foods.
Wishing you a fabby sunny day
xx

Aw, thanks Lelly for the info, made me feel much better. I do feel happier to be honest. I had got to the point where I had started to feel very isolated. Now that I have lost a big chunk of the weight I want to be able to go out and have something to eat and a drink, which I now can. Also if I fancy a little nibble of chocolate, then it doesn't stress me out and make me feel like a failure. The upshot of that is, apart from a bag of Maltesers last Saturday, I have not wanted any chocolate. Weird!!!Hey Chels, don't worry hun, it'll take a little time for your body to adjust to the new way of eating but as long as you follow the rules of your new plan (free foods, stopping when full etc) going from CD to SW will most probably give you a water gain initially as your carb/salt intake has been low so until your body gets use to it and settles down it'll only e water, no panics though un. The main thing is are you happier on sw? and if the losses still happen then the aim is still the same. Horses for courses and all that.
Enjoy!
xx
