Ooohh eck, have I not been here since last Thursday? I do apologise! Well, I managed to lose a pound this week, and win SOW! I didn't stay to class as I had my Christmas meal out with work, so I imagine if I won it with a pound, it must've been a bad week, weightwise! Anyway, dinner was lovely, as were the cocktails and my head felt it yesterday and unfortunately, so did my tum! :( So today is back on track day, with food and exercise!

Well done for getting back on track after Christmas, I always struggle the most after being off plan for a few days, good luck with the remainder of your weight loss. :D
 
Hi chicksticks, well Happy New Year!!! Don't fret about that gain! The average weight gain for people generally over the festive period is 8lb apparently so you're practically a Saint!!! Well I gained 7.5lb in 12 days of naughtiness and from 27th Dec-3rd Jan by pulling it back, but not even being all that good (just much much better than the previous 2 weeks) I managed to lose 3.5lb of it, so I'm feeling positive about how quickly I can rectify the damage by being really really good!! So you'll do it no problem!! It's such a lovely feeling psychologically entering a new year with a clean slate! Of course we can give ourselves a clean slate any time we like, it's just easier when it's given to us on a plate (excuse the bad pun!!) Hope you have lots of exciting things lined up for 2011 (Operation Bridesmaid being one of them of course!!)X

Happy new year to you too honey! Hope you had a good one? Did you have to work, or were you out partying? We went to a friends, for drinks and I think I went to bed around 3am! I don't actually remember! Ha ha! It's all good!

No, not fretting about my gains, they are only small ones, and to be fair, I did only stick to the plan for 50% of that time. Day 2 of being 100% is on me, and I'm doing okay. Was hungry earlier whilst I cooked dinner, so I munched on some raw carrots and gave myself hiccups!

Well done on your loss hon, I bet you were soooo pleased after your gain too. I'd be very happy with that next week! Hey to be fair, I'd be happy with any loss next week, just so I've started off in the right direction again! Ha ha!!

Yep, got a few plans for 2011, obviously THE wedding of the year, gigs, meeting up with friends, it's all looking fun and exciting! What about yours? Any plans yet?
