Cookie's diary to be joyously slim

Hi everyone another scorching day I just love it. Work has been fine and finished a little earlier which is always good. Food today :- breakfast = scan bran peach cake (1/2 hex b, very nice) with fruit & yogurt, lunch = apple, 4 cheese light triangles & pineapple activia yogurt 0% (hex a)' dinner = salmon kebab with salad & couscous (2syns), fruit & banana muller. Snack = Special K cracker crisps (5syns) & hi fi rocky road bar (1/2 hex b)
also had 2.5 litres of water as trying to increase the amount I drink xxxx
 
Hello, a busy day at work today. One more to go then the weekend off yay! Food today:- breakfast = peach scan bran cake (1/2 hex b) with fruit & yogurt. Lunch = ham salad with couscous (2 syns), vinegar & beet root, fruit salad & Turkish delight muller yogurt. Dinner = chicken New Yorker with low low cheese slices (hex a) & 1tbsp reggae jerk BBQ sauce (1 syn), carrots, broccoli, sprouts, butternut squash & 1 sweet potato wedge, gravy (1 syn). Afters, 1/2 screwball ice cream (3 syns) & chocolate buttons (6 syns). Total syns = 13

Oops forgot I had half a slice of hard dough bread (1.5 syns) so that puts me at 14.5 for the day.
Feel like I've eaten more than normal today so will reduce back tomorrow. Can't be having a another STS next week I ve got to lose weight, so I'll be good. X
 
Hello everyone, weekend off for me yay! Ive had a busy few days in work so I'm looking forward to a lie in and a well needed rest. Food today:- breakfast = scan bran peach cake (1/2 hex b), fruit & yogurt. Lunch = turkey & egg salad with couscous (2 syns) vinegar & beet root, fruit & cherry muller. Dinner = salmon kebab (2 syns) couscous (2 syns) salad, cheese light triangles (hex a), afters scan bran peach cake (1/2 hex b) fruit & coconut muller light. Snack = Special K cracker crisps 2/3 portion for 3.5 syns. (was trying to be good)
total syns = 9.5 syns.

Now I know I ate the same thing near enough all day but I did that because it meant I didn't have to cook other than put the skewers in the oven for 20 mins. It's likely I won't cook tomorrow either if I can help it, it's just too hot!
 
Well I've been good so far today, I've lacked on the exercise so this morning I went out on my bike and cycled to the gym which isn't very far really but I did a class and then cycled to asda to get some fruit & veg then cycled home again. I'm hoping the body magic will help me burn some fat to lose some weight. It was good fun though. Xx
 
Doh! I've been horrendously bad today. Clearly there is something wrong with me. Had a good start to the day with my exercise & breakfast, then messed it all up. :cry:
Breakfast = poached egg & mushrooms & banana.
Lunch = chicken New Yorker (hex a), BBQ sauce (2.5 syns) sweet potato wedges & peas, 1/2 portion apple crumble & custard (15).
Dinner = fruit & yogurt, hi fi light bar (1/2 hex b) then 1/4 of tesco pizza chilli beef (16.5 syns)
total syns = 34 syns thus is the most syns I've had in a day so far on this plan & I'm disappointed with myself as I was supposed to be good. X
 
Right no point in moping, the syns have been eaten so I'll aim for a no or low syn day tomorrow. I'll go to the gym too to help ease my guilt & hopefully I can pull it back before weigh in. Wish me luck x

Settle down lass, you are being too hard on yourself! If you stuck to it all of the time you would give up. Dust yourself off and climb back on the wagon tomorrow and forget cos it's not worth it. You have had a fantastically quick weight loss so far and done really well. I guess we have all done well so far and its a tricky time in case we give up. But we will not cos helping each other along. Even if you gain a bit or STS on Monday you have done great so far!
 
Thanks ladies, you both really know how to pick me up, I'pm not giving up Geordie, and Aqua I'm not going to best myself up anymore, it doesn't make me feel good anyway. I'm being good tomorrow.

I must say though the chicken New Yorker is a hit here I just need to make the actual BBQ sauce to keep it syn free xx

I know aqua posted the recipe for the new Yorker ages ago but could do with it as still haven't made it, have you got it please?
