Cookie's diary to be joyously slim

Hello everyone sorry I'm late was starving after weigh in, I lost 1lb so pleased as I was worried I'd gained. Also I bought the new SW hi fi light bars, not tried them yet so I'll let you know what they're like. How's everyone this evening? Xx
 
Anyway sorry I missed updating yesterday, I was at my folks in wolves so yesterday I ate:-
breakfast = poached egg, beans, mushrooms, 1 small w/m bread (1/2 hex b), fruit.
snack = 1/2 warbuttons crumpet (2.5) with chicken & 1/4 slice of Gouda (1/4 hex a), fruit salad & yogurt.
dinner = 2 x jerk chicken legs no skin (4), rice & peas, salad, be good coleslaw (2) extra light mayo (1/2)
afters = yogurt & 1tsp of cheesecake (1.5)
total syns 10.5
 
Today's food:- breakfast = fruit & yogurt, lunch = fruit & yogurt, dinner = turkey, egg & couscous salad (2) 1 weight watchers mini stick white choc (5.5), cube of scan bran ginger cake at meeting (0.5) free food at SW taster (cube if quiche, balsamic tomatoes, mini cheese scone made with smash syn free, carrot stick, orange segments, mackerel, hoisin chicken, veg rice)
tonight was my first taster night at SW it was good & I'll try to make the scan ban ginger cake. Xx
 
Hi Tasha, it was really good, it was dry like a proper cake I could imagine warm with ice cream or custard but that would be very naughty. I bought two packs of scan bran tonight to make it but I need to shop for mincemeat although I don't know if you can get it now I've only ever noticed it at Xmas time. If I get to the shops on Thursday I'll have a look and give it a go. There was none left tonight. Xx

Hello everyone hope you all had a good day. Didn't get much sleep last night as too hot! Then woke up and just before setting off for work the storms came, I didn't know whether to get the dinghy out or the car! Had a busy day at work and I didn't get my lunch as I had a prisoner to process and I didn't want to be late leaving work so I plodded on.

Surprisingly my stomach wasn't growling with hunger so maybe I should wait until I am hungry to eat? Sounds sensible but I don't often do that just eat at set times depending on my shift so I'll see how I go tomorrow. Food today:- breakfast = fruit salad & vanilla activia 0% at yogurt. Snack = hi fi light rocky road bar (1/2 hex b)
Lunch = ham, fruit & a cheese triangle light. Dinner = baked salmon fillet in soy sauce, sweetener & ginger, vegetables & 2 sweet potato wedges with little gravy (1 syn)
Afters = peach & pineapple muller light & hi fi light black currant cheesecake (1/2 hex b) which is new so I'll tell you if its nice later on.

Low syns so far so a ice cream mini stick could be on the cards later xx
 
Mincemeat? That was definitely not an ingredient in the recipe I saw!

I know I had a look too it says stem ginger on the website, I'm not quite sure if that's the same as fresh ginger but I do remember seeing some ginger extract at tesco on Saturday so I wonder if its worth giving that a go, it was £3.99 though I doubt I'd need very much at all.
 
Hello, another busy day in work and I was supposed to go out afterwards on a leaving do but I cried off as far too tired and back in work for 7am. Food wise been good. Breakfast = fruit salad & yogurt. Lunch = ham, egg & couscous salad (2) vinegar, doughnut peach & hi fi rocky road bar (1/2 hex b). Dinner = jacket potato, extra light cheese triangles (hex a) & baked beans with salad. Afters = weight watchers mini stick in milk (5), 1/3 slice of cheese (1.5)
Total syns = 8.5 syns

Well after seeing fellow Aqua's diary I realise I'm going to get a bit more organised again. I'm planning a nice SW quiche for dinner tomorrow and I'm wondering if I should copy her burger tea idea with cheese in the middle? Hmmm!
 
Hello. It's Thursday yay one more day to go for my weekend off! Not that we've got anything planned as yet but it's always nice to be off work with the BF.
Food today:- breakfast = fruit salad & yogurt. Lunch = ham, egg & couscous salad, doughnut peach & satsuma. Dinner = SW quiche with Kerry low low cheese spread (hex a) baked beans, salad, 1 full slice loaf (hex b). Afters = peppy pig ice lolly (3 syns) treat size bag maltesers (5 syns I think) will have to check.
The peppy pig ice cream is strawberry and really tasty. I got a box of 6 for £1 at tesco pretty good xx

Peppa pig brings back memories! Food today looks good. Especially the maltesers! Bring on your weekend off cookie x

Hello everyone, I recommend those peppa pig ice creams made me feel like a little girl eating it.
todays food:- breakfast = fruit & yogurt (again I know, boring but easy). Lunch = 2 salmon kebabs(2) couscous (1) salad, banana, wafer thin chicken slices. Dinner = chippy fish (batter removed), 1/4 bag chippy chips (4.5) baked beans. Then I've just had scan bran peach cake with fruit & yogurt (1/2 hex b). Think I'm going to use all my points up as having a wee shandy mmm xxxx
 
Oops syns sorry using all my syns up and as well I cycled to work today aren't I good? Xx
