Cookie's diary to be joyously slim

Hi Geordie, not looking forward to wi tomorrow, I only like it after I've weighed providing I lose weight. Last night I had an screwball ice cream from aldi and it was yummy just 5.5 syns too. I reckon you don't have to give up the drink but if you really want to you could do a dryatholon, my friend did it for a month and raised money for charity. No alcohol for a month? I couldn't do it though xxx

Cookie, it's the alcohol which lets me down! I couldn't cope with none for a month but might give it a go for a week and see how I go, bet I will end up eating sweets instead!
 
I go months sometimes without drinking, it really doesn't mean anything to me!

I think it's partly because I don't change much with a drink, I can be just as loopy sober so makes no difference lol.
 
Hello, I'm very happy to have finished work early as I had to stay last night dealing with pooey robbers so its nice to be home and spend a bit of time with my BF before he goes back to work in the morning.
Todays food:- breakfast = 40g all bran, fruit & skimmed milk (hex a & b), Lunch = fruit & yogurt, Dinner = 2 salmon kebabs on skewers with couscous & salad, fruit, yogurt and an Oreo cookie total syns 6.5

I'm really loving salmon kebabs so its likely they'll be here again this week on my food plan.
Really hope for a loss tomorrow so :cross: for me and wish me luck! Xx

Wi today, hate it I'm anxious but I know I've been good & stuck to the plan, ate within my daily syns but my own scales show a gain :( I'm hoping for a 1.5lb loss to get my Club 10 but I'm worried. Ah well I'll know soon enough. :fingerscrossed: Good luck to everyone weighing in today xxx

Thought I had a pretty good week too, but I'll just have to try harder next week. Don't fancy my tea now either but I'm eating it still! I'm going to look through my diary & see where I went wrong. Xxx

Owh, that's a shame hun, but sometimes it just doesn't happen. Did you have a big loss last week? Cannot remember. None on anyway :)
 
Thank you Aqua & Geordie, I'm going to keep at it and like you say no gain so that's the positive thing & all being well will lose next week. I did have a good loss last week of 3lbs xxx
 
Hello now that I've finished sulking I can update my food for today:-
breakfast = fruit salad & activia lemon lime 0% yogurt, lunch = hi fi light bar (1/2 hex b), apple & pineapple activia yogurt, Dinner = grilled chicken breast topped with grilled peppers & mozzarella (hex a) with salad & Parmesan (5 syns) and ketchup (1) 4 chips = tea was nice but appetite shot due to sulking so only ate a little but I'll eat properly tomorrow xx
 
Hello everyone, another beautiful sunshiny day. Thinking of making a scan bran cake today but not yet decided. Food wise breakfast = banana & yogurt, lunch = turkey & egg salad with couscous & beetroot (1 syn), fruit salad (melon, kiwi & grapes) Not yet decided probably fish though.

Tried my hand at homemade breaded haddock, it was ok but I'm not sure I'd bother again, I grated a small slice of wholemeal but think I under seasoned and over cooked the haddock. The salmon kebab was yummy though.
Snack = 2 emmental light cheese triangles (1/2 hex a) 8 cracker crisps (2 syns)
Dinner = breaded haddock (1/2 hex b), salmon kebab (1 syn) vegetables & SW chips, ketchup (1 syn) lighter than light mayonnaise 1tbsp (1/2 syn) SW hi fi light bar (1/2 hex b) & vanilla activia 0% yogurt. Freddo (5 syns)

total syns = 9.5

Thanks aqua, it was hard trying to grate soft fresh bread next time I'll grate it from frozen to see if that's any easier. Scan bran cake made using a combo of peach & lemon n lime activia yogurts 0% fat, it smells nice but I broke it tipping it out the box so it looks like a crazy jigsaw for now. I think that'll be my lunch or breakfast tomorrow as part of my hex b. I'll let you know how it goes? Xxx

Hi Dizzy, mega impressed with your camping holiday glad you enjoyed it. I'm trying to be good I know I need to vary my diet and stuff but in this heat can't be bothered with lots of cooking. Anyway I'm going to keep posting on your to make sure I can see your diary. Xxxx
