Sounds fab :) I have been completely off plan too this weekend... Friday wasn't bad but yesterday and today.. Oh dear!!! Lots of crisps, chocolate and cocktails.. whoops x
 
Hello mrs, I like having a treat meal at the weekend but I can't say I enjoyed this one which is fine because I've not wanted a treat today now. Instead when I came home I made a scan bran Turkish delight cake, it smells nicer than it tasted though. How was catching up with your friend? Kilt looked nice by the way xxx

I couldn't face my scan bran cake this morning lol... Catching up my friends was fab thanks.. We had a ball :) xxx
 
Welcome back chick sounds like you had a fab weekend - ive been to the Blue Dolphin park :D it was fun. x

It was smaller than I thought but it was nice, its a huge park. I didn't realise it was still a way out from Scarborough centre we never went in either as no one wanted the drive so the park kept us entertained. When did you go Texty? Xx
 
Back on SW plan today. EE
Breakfast = fruit & yogurt (melon, grapes, banana, blackberries)
Lunch = banana, grapes flavoured latte (hexa &1.5) hi fi light SW bar (1/2 hexb)
Dinner = roast chicken no skin, new potatoes, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower,sprouts, butternut squash, gravy (1.5).
Afters = 1/3 scan bran Turkish delight (hexb & 1), watermelon, grapes & pineapple, yogurt.
Total syns = 4, low but pulling back on Synful Saturday!

We took the kids when they were little hun before we started taking hols abroad x

Thank you, I really enjoyed it. It's been since we had a roast, no roasties for me though the new potatoes were delicious from Aldi only 69p too. How was your pork dinner?
 
Hello all. I'm in work at 4 tonight and I feel like I'm just waiting around to start. Never mind it's given me time to top up fruit,meg & yogurt shopping. I've made fruit pots for the next 3 days, I'm getting organised. So food today is going to be Green.

Breakfast = 1/3 Turkish delight scan bran cake (1/3 hexb & 0.5) fruit & yogurt
Lunch = jacket potato, cheese (2x hex a) & beans, salad, satsuma & yogurt.
Dinner = 80g chicken (2nd hexb) & egg salad with couscous (1), hi fi light SW bar (1/2 hexb),
Afters = 1/3 Turkish scan bran cake (hex b & 1.5), fruit & yogurt.
Snacks = banana & grapes.

I've had a lie in after working til very late. Woke up to discover my star week arrived two days before wi oops I gained 1.5lb last month on star week & really don't want to do that again this month but who knows. However last month I was very emotional and ached all over but I feel fine this one with no pains at all. I wonder if its a good sign for a loss? Here's hoping!

Anyway I'm feeling positive so food today is Green and plan to drink lots today.

Breakfast = 1/3 Turkish scan bran cake (0.5), fruit & yogurt.
Lunch = 50g chicken (1/2 hex b2), cheese (1/2 hex a) & egg salad, couscous (1), banana & grapes.
Snacks = satsuma & fruit & yogurt. Hi fi light bar (1/2 hex b2)
Dinner = 2x lmc red onion & rosemary sausages, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, sprouts, butternut squash, new potatoes & gravy (mmm can't wait for this) (1).
Afters = 1/3 scan bran cake (0.5) fruit & yogurt. Might have a latte for ret of hex a, I'll see how I feel

Total syns = 3 Keeping syns very, low as pulling back from weekend

Hello everyone, last night at work I felt bloated latter half of the shift and had a little lower back ache. Thankfully woke up with less pain but still a little bloat but that's star week for you. Last late shift tonight then two lovely days off yay! I'm excited too because on Friday one of the presents the BF bought me for my birthday is a pamper day so on Friday I'm off to Macclesfield. Very excited. Xxx
