Food today, nearly forgot. I think I'm green today
Breakfast = 1/3 tropical scan bran cake (1/3 hex b & 1syn), yogurt, fruit (blackberries, pineapple, raspberries, strawberries = speed, mango & grapes).
Lunch = jacket potato, 1slice leerdamer light (1/2 hex a), 30g ham (1/3 hex b), beans & salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, radish, celery, carrot, cabbage = speed), yogurt
Snack = banana & doughnut peach (speed)
Dinner = lmc red onion & rosemary sausage pasta bake, (tomatoes, mushrooms, courgettes, peppers, onions, garlic, spinach, butternut squash = speed) with salad (speed), and 1/16th slice of the BF's pizza (3) 1 slice leerdamer light (1/2 hex a).
Afters = copy of my breakfast (1),
Supper = latte & hi fi SW bar (part 2 of both hex's)
Total syns 5. Total speed foods = 22 yay! Low syns today but that's because its treat night tomorrow night woo can't wait xx
