Cookie's diary to be joyously slim

I'm looking forward to it Geordie, I'll let you know how it went. Food wise its another Green Day and because I enjoyed it so much I've almost repeated yesterday's food

Breakfast = 1/3 banana, 5 grapes & yogurt (pre workout b/fast)
Snack = 1/3 scan bran Turkish delight cake (1) fruit & yogurt.
Lunch = Cheese, egg & 50g fish salad with couscous (1).
Snack = 2/3 banana, doughnut peach & satsuma.
Dinner = 2xlmc red onion & rosemary sausages, new potatoes, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, sprouts, butternut squash, gravy (1)
Afters = 1/3 scan bran tropical cake (0.67) fruit & yogurt.

My scan bran cakes are all 2syns & hex b which I divide into three portions so I've been showing them as either 1 or 0.5 but I'm wondering is it better to show each third as 0.67 Syn as I can't always remember. Anyway I've decided to list my last piece of Turkish one as (1) & my new as (0.67) then from tomorrow all of them as 0.67 and see how I get on with the counting.

Hello everyone, wi today and I STS, its star week so I'm pleased to not have gained any weight. Last month was 1.5 on. So for september I've lost 2lbs this month. Which isn't a lot of weight so I want to really have a good go at it for October. 6lbs would be fantastic but anything from 4lb+ would be good for me.
Now for the planning and shopping. Hope everyone is good xx
 
Thank you I'm pleased with that, tummy is a little bloated but not too uncomfortable. At meeting today our leader challenged us to keep a food diary, eat up to 15 speed foods per day and bring our food diaries in next week. I'll need to get my books out to see which foods are speed foods so off the week will hopefully list them here.
Food today:-
Breakfast = 1/3 tropical scan bran cake (0.67), fruit & yogurt. (melon, blackberries & pineapple = speed. Mango & grapes)
Lunch = egg & cheese salad (1/2 hex a1) salad = (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, celery, carrot, cabbage, radish, peppers = speed) couscous (1)
Snack = banana & doughnut peach (s)
Dinner = Pasta bake with mushrooms, peppers, onions, courgettes, spinach & butternut squash, tomatoes, all speed, lmc red onion sausages, garlic, cheese (hex a) pasta
Afters = unsure whether to have my brekkie again or maybe a peppa pig ice lolly for 3syns? & a hi fi SW rocky road bar
 
Tonight's tea, the whole tin is free with 2.5 hex a for the cheese. I had a quarter of the tin. With the half portion of cheese at lunch it makes my dinner just 1 hex a, brilliant and full of free and speed foods. It's delicious. Xxx

To conclude my food today I had another piece of scan bran cake (0.67) with fruit & yogurt (free & speed). Before dinner I ate a bag of space raiders (3) &'for supper I'm having a hi fi SW rocky road bar (hex b)
Total syns = 5.5. Good start for the week ahead. Think I beat my 15 speed food types too.
 
Food is looking good Cookie. Last night at class they were saying 13 weeks to Xmas and planning a SW Xmas do. Scary huh. On the plus side 2 weeks to my hols :). Really don't know where this year has gone. Shattered this week so soo glad it's Fri. Just go for it with the SW plans and see what you can achieve. My Oct will be slower with the hols but hoping for a damage limitation then carry on after all the way to Xmas and see where the scales lead, as long as it's downwards :)
 
Good morning everyone, I hope your all well. So far I'm feeling pretty good about myself.

I woke up this morning and scales said 10.2, which is brill but means nothing as its not a Thursday but made me feel good anyway.

Went to do a Zumba class (my pamper day got cancelled as therapists are off sick so I'm rescheduled for Tuesday), cooked speed tomato soup for lunch and made a chocolate cherry coconut scan bran cake for 3 syns (added a little extra choc options)

Washing done, house is looking clean & tidy, and to top it all the sun is shining. It's a beautiful day in Manchester & I think I might go round the shops, treat myself to something nice, some new leggings and a cardigan would be nice, maybe a new lipstick xx

Hello. So I've been out and decided to give the car a pamper so I took it for a valet & now its all clean & tidy inside and out for a reasonable £10.
Then I went to Tesco as I had my eyebrows threaded £5. I also ordered two pairs of skinny jeans in size 14 short (hope they fit) a jumper & a cardigan all for £50. The surprise was they're having an autumn sale so got 20% off making it a delicious £40.

Awesome autumn bargain. Can't wait for them to arrive. Xx

Hello Little hippo, I did indeed treat myself but I ended up ordering on line as they didn't have my size in the jeans I wanted. I had a good time.
The scan bran cake I just added a cherry muller, 2 eggs, almond essence & coconut chocolate options to soaked scan bran with a little mixed spice & cinnamon. It smells gorgeous and I'll be having some for my afters tonight.

Dinner = chippy tea, cod batter removed, 1/3 portion of large chips (8.5) & baked beans (speed).
Afters = 1/3 choc cherry coconut scan bran cake (1), yogurt & fruit (melon, blackberries, pineapple speed. Mango & grapes).
I've missed my speed food by one just 14 eaten today. It's quite hard.

Total sys = 11.5 or 12.5 as think my rocky road pushes me just over a hex b by a smidging
