Thank you I'm pleased with that, tummy is a little bloated but not too uncomfortable. At meeting today our leader challenged us to keep a food diary, eat up to 15 speed foods per day and bring our food diaries in next week. I'll need to get my books out to see which foods are speed foods so off the week will hopefully list them here.
Food today:-
Breakfast = 1/3 tropical scan bran cake (0.67), fruit & yogurt. (melon, blackberries & pineapple = speed. Mango & grapes)
Lunch = egg & cheese salad (1/2 hex a1) salad = (lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, celery, carrot, cabbage, radish, peppers = speed) couscous (1)
Snack = banana & doughnut peach (s)
Dinner = Pasta bake with mushrooms, peppers, onions, courgettes, spinach & butternut squash, tomatoes, all speed, lmc red onion sausages, garlic, cheese (hex a) pasta
Afters = unsure whether to have my brekkie again or maybe a peppa pig ice lolly for 3syns? & a hi fi SW rocky road bar
