Right before I turn in for the night I'll update my food for today:-
Breakfast = 1/3 scan bran Turkish delight (2.5) yogurt, fruit (blackberries, melon, pineapple, strawberries, raspberries = speed, mango & grapes).
Lunch = salmon kebab (1) & egg salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, radish, celery, carrot) with couscous (1), banana, doughnut peach (speed) & yogurt.
Snack = hi fi light caramel bar (1/2 hex b) & banana
Dinner = Nando's Butterfly chicken no skin (0.5), spicy rice (2.5), 2 chips (0.5), corn on cob, salad (lettuce & tomato).
Afters = latte (hex a) & SW hi fi blackcurrant cheesecake (1/2 hex b).
Total syns = 8. Total speed foods = 14. Not sure if I'm feeling any extra benefit yet but I'll keep going for the week and hope it shows benefits on the scales.
