Hello hello, how are we today? I worked my overtime this morning and it was OK actually, that's 4 shifts done, 4 to go before 3 days off.
Food has been good but I don't feel slimmer at all this week, well I did on Friday but not since but I'm still hoping for a good loss or rather any loss this week.

Breakfast = ham & egg muffin with mushrooms (speed).
Snack = banana & hi fi light rocky road (1/2 hex b)
Lunch = salmon (1) & egg salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, radish, celery, carrot, cabbage = speed), yogurt.
Dinner = chicken breast (speed), rice (0.5), carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, sprouts, butternut squash, = speed & gravy (1)
Afters = 1/3 scan bran tropical (1), yogurt, fruit (blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, melon, pineapple = speed & grapes.
Latte (hex a & 2 syns)
Total syns = 5.5 Total speed = 19 yay!
