Cookie's diary to be joyously slim

Hello, hello I'm home yay! Overtime was 12-8 and quite busy, didn't see anyone famous MPs sorry. Five shifts done, 3 more to go and its a 15:00-03:00 tomorrow.
Anyway I'm glad to be home. The BF is at the football so he won't be home until 10.30. Fingers crossed he comes home a happy bunny. How's everyone? Xx
 
I know, I should be on u til midnight really but were very busy so I'm doing it Thursday and Friday only. The BF won't be I pressed when I tell him, I think maybe I should've asked him first maybe? Xx
 
Food today:- EE

Breakfast = 1/3 scan bran cake (0.5), yogurt & fruit (watermelon, honeydew melon, pineapple & blueberries = speed)
Lunch = tomato soup (tomatoes, carrots, beans, onions = speed), banana
Dinner = salmon (1), egg, couscous (1), salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, radish, celery, carrot, cabbage = speed), fruit (melon, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, pineapple = speed grapes), yogurt.
Afters = hi fi light blackcurrant cheesecake bar, latte & yogurt.

Total syns = 3.5. Total speed foods = 21

Wi tomorrow night so will see if having 15+ speed foods a day makes any difference. Either way I'll keep it up for at least another week x

I thought you were going to bed?

The early ones are exhausting and when I get in I can't be bothered doing very much but its nice having the evening at home, the lates are rubbish but I can get lots done before work but then I miss my beloved and want to come home so the mid shifts are ideal they're usually 12-9. In fact the best shift are my days off hahaha when he wins the lottery he says I can give up work and I'm looking forward to that day should it come! Xx

I bet you wish it was just 9-5.... I'm going to have a go at the lottery this weekend... Aren't there guaranteed prizes or something? Gotta be in it to win it! Xxx

I don't k ow about the lottery were not regular players but we hope one day our lucky dip will come up.

Right lovelies, I'm off for a bath and bed so I'll let you know how wi goes tomorrow, I feel I've had a good week but can't say I feel slimmer, wish weight came off as quick as it goes on! Never mind Night night all xxx
 
Hello hello, I lost 1.5lbs this week yay! Very happy with that and I feel like I deserved it too. Xx:happy036:
 
Food today is EE:-

Breakfast = banana & satsuma & 1/2 cup of tomato speed soup (speed x5)
Lunch = chicken, egg & couscous (1) salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, radish, celery, carrot, cabbage, beetroot = speed), pineapple
Snack = fruit pot (melon, pineapple, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries = speed & grapes)
Dinner = SW veg & pasta quiche (0.5) 2xspeed, veg (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, butternut squash & baked beans = speed)
Afters = 1/3 scan bran cake (1/3 hex b & 1), yogurt, fruit & (melon, pineapple, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries = speed & grapes)
Snack = gingerbread latte (hex a & 2.5) & hi fi light rocky road bar (1/2 hex b)

Total syns = 5 Total speed foods = 31 impressive!
