Food today:- EE
Breakfast = 1/3 scan bran cake (0.5), yogurt & fruit (watermelon, honeydew melon, pineapple & blueberries = speed)
Lunch = tomato soup (tomatoes, carrots, beans, onions = speed), banana
Dinner = salmon (1), egg, couscous (1), salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber, radish, celery, carrot, cabbage = speed), fruit (melon, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, pineapple = speed grapes), yogurt.
Afters = hi fi light blackcurrant cheesecake bar, latte & yogurt.
Total syns = 3.5. Total speed foods = 21
Wi tomorrow night so will see if having 15+ speed foods a day makes any difference. Either way I'll keep it up for at least another week x
