Have been a bit naughty food wise over the weekend eek!! Although I have to say I am so proud of my bf who has lost 8lbs

As I'd been good Mon to Fri I decided to have a chinese on Saturday also had some wine with friends
Saturday
B- Main Bar
L- Nachos, salsa, grilled chicken, gucuamole
D- chicken fried rice, noodles, curry sauce (less than half the portion but still loads!!)
Bottle of cabernet
Sunday
B- Main Bar
L- 2 slice wm toast with butter
D- Omellete with mushroom, tomato and onion
Monday
B- Hot choc (dont shout)
L- M+S sambo-cheaddar cheese and pickle on malted bread
S- Some choclate raisins
D- Pack of koka noodles, curry flavor (just really fancied them)
Tomorrow I am meeting my good friend Clare for dinner and a catch up! We are going to Nandos as she has a voucher for 2 free meals wahey!!!
I know I'm nearly half a stone heavier than I was in May but I'm feeling much better about myself if that makes sense??? I think when I was 9st 9/10lbs I was constantly fretting about staying there but I really think I'm just meant to be 10st give or take a lb either side!!
On the 25th of September it will be one year since starting LT, I'm quite proud that I have managed to maintain within 6lbs of my goal weight..........I wonder if I can get one on those maintainer things???
Especially now we are trying to get pregnant I want to stay as healthy as possible so I wanna start walking to work again as well as making sure I'm not eating rubbish all the time should keep me in check!
Baby making is going well hun........its a little scary ya know......planning something so huge!! But its lovely, we are just in our little happy bubble at the minute and I couldnt be happier. Please God it all works out for us
