Ha ha I dunno I just goats don't have much willpower ha!!!

Well I ate half the kebab and only a few chips. I quickly threw the leftovers in the bin to stop me picking! Am sure I'll weigh heavier today so shall stay away from the scales!

Have to work this Sunday as its stocktake so not sure about food later as I'll be working till 10pm.....usually on stocktake day its the law to get mc donalds......must refrain!!!
 
Thats the hardest part isnt it, breaking habits like this!
 
Yeah, it's our bad habits that got us in trouble with weight in the first place . It's not easy to keep them at bay.
For Sunday, can you pre prepare something that can be reheated when you get in or have a nice big prawn and salmon salad and have a couple of glasses of wine as your reward for working Sunday? You've got to get away from the takeaways Emma. These seem to be the thing that knock you off track.

Your 100% right Molly I can go ages without a takeaway then I have one, then I crave the bloody things every day!!!! I'm ashamed to say I had the Mc D's :( certainly have not felt the better for it. Just wasnt worth it, wish I could remember that feeling when I fancy one :(

Has been a mental couple of days in work!!!

Monday

B- Lf choc mousse
L- M+S Malted bread sambo with cheese, pickle and salad, some crisps
D- Omelette with 3 eggs, slice ham, 3 cherry tomatos
S- 2 cookies

Tuesday

B- Banana
L- Main Bar
D- Omelette- 3 eggs, 2 slice ham, chopped sausage, 4 cherry tomatos plus had a small tin of ww beans on the side
S- 2 cookies
 
Certain foods will just trigger us off to nibbling Emma. Well done for the last couple of days, definitely looking better.

B- WG toast with banana
L- WG small roll with ham and small bit of coleslaw
D- Not sure

Very carby today and I didnt even notice it!

Hee hee re the bikinis!! I left the last load over there in June tbh I cant even remember how many there were!

Yep was about 14 or 16! I found 7 more upstairs that I forgot about will be bringing 4 of those with me this trip hee hee

Mary I feel your pain, mine are a bit snug since june :( I'm a bit fretful about this holiday because next week is the week before I'm due totm and I get sooooooooooooooo bloated and my boobs swell soooooooooo much I'm pretty sure nothing will fit me mid week :(

Have my boob appointment tomorrow morning actually! Wonder what they'll say!

Friday

B- Tea and banana
L- Picked at a paella salad from M+s, had some choc raisins and a handful of crisps
D- Omellette, with 4 eggs, 4 cherry tomatos and ham, small tin of beans

Might have a few glasses of wine tonight as my bf is out!

I'll be having a senior moment but am prepared to own up to that rather than ploughing through your thread :eek: - I can't remember (if I knew) what the appointment was for, but good luck anyway hon!!! xx
 
Its for a mammogram and breast ultrasound Jan! Am just sitting waiting to be seen now......looks a long wait! X
