Threw some coffee into my hot CHoc shake this morn--- smelt delicious but had no time to enjoy it hot as needed to have a shower so gulped it down when it was Luke warm b 4 dashin out d door to work!!! Hi Sarah, I'm starting S&S on 14 May. It'll be after a few days in London so I'll probably have a gain to shift at the start. It'll be nice to see you over there if you decide to do it too xx

Ooooh, I was just thinking and I've only got 6lb to lose to my first stone :-D wow, it's countdown time!! I do love this diet. I managed 4+ litres water yesterday and i didnt have to force it. The trips to the loo were a bit irritating though but if I'm peeing out those fat cells.....happy days!

Hey DL Spa was Amazin Feel like a new woman Wud highly recommend it Package was a salt exfoliation followed by a hot bath and then a massage We went to a cafe afterwards and chatted and chilled out for a few hrs I had decaf coffee water and an Ultraslim bar Home again Had porridge Feelin satisfied and totally relaxed How was Ur day??

Sounds divine Shoobs! I could do with something like that. Well done on staying 100% I've had a good exante day, just chilled watching films with hubs, it's the first weekend we haven't been visiting or babysitting :-D Got half a bar left for later on when I get the nibbles xx

Thanks giggles, my stallion was ready to go this morn I'm doing great, another 100% day for me, and I'm getting more and more water down me each day, it's becoming like a habit! I'm sure all the peeing will pay off on the scales tomorrow, lol!
Exciting bit of wardrobe news......a pair of linen trousers I tried on just before exante were about 3" from doing up but just 3 weeks in and I'm wearing them right now, as i type, woohoo!!!
I hope all my amigos are doing well, I'm off to read your diaries now...........

Whoop whoop, on the trousers, I have to say I'm noticing the same myself, the inches seems to be more than the pounds somehow? Oh it's so nice to look in the wardrobe and find you have new friends in there!!

Why thank you yes, its fab digging out all the old friends to try on again! I feel I'm losing more inches than lbs too, it suits me just fine I'm still waiting for someone to notice, nobody has yet... boo hoo (how rude, lol )
