Hiya Giggles! I'm having a good 100% day thanks, hope you are too I will definitely be switching to S&S after Exante. I will miss you and other friends who are on here, that's the only downside I'll stay subscribed to your diaries and keep up with you all.
I'm not moving over until the middle of May though so its a wee while yet I've got a trip to London from 9-12 may so I'll be back on vlcd the first monday after I get back for damage limitation there's so much more choice with s&s and a hot meal in the evenings, it just seems less punishing than exante xxxx

Morning dear diary, sorry for ignoring you last night but I had a migraine and went to bed early still managed 100% though so I'm a happy lady. done 45 mins workout this morning and now I'm pooped! That's 3 workouts this week, yay! If I can do it anyone can! busy and Shoobs inspired me to dust off the Lycra and move my booty
Looking forward to another 100%~er today.
Ooh, also, banana shake tastes just as good as a coffee creamer as vanilla ( well it is pretty tasteless, lol)
Going to have the rest of it now blended up with ice.

Thanks Giggle, my heads felt a little delicate but much better today thanks.
I've manage 3litres water already (which is good for me) and a couple of cuppas too. I'm now having my first drink of bouillon, a really nice surprise! I've arrived at the conclusion that I'm fed up of my packs all being sweet (I didn't order any soups) so to have something savoury is really really nice The lack of savoury is another reason s&s will be better for me. I do have a sweet tooth but get fed up if there's no savoury choices for me. I got a week supply of S&S today and will have it on standby. Can't wait to changeover but want to keep my friends here, any ideas ??
