Last night was an epic fail, I was working late & ended up going to chippy for tea. I'm mad with myself for choosing the easy option.

Straight back on plan today, I've got 5 days to put it right. I'm not putting pressure on to reduce syns because that will only lead to binging I'm just going to use syns if I feel I really need them.

Here's to a 100% day.
 
So mad with myself, I've sabataged my self again. I have one amazing week and then I blow it the next. I don't even know why I do it but I need to stop.

Defo won't get a loss 2mo but woke up this morning feeling rubbish and needing to get back on plan.

About to make breakfast then off to body pump.
 
We all do it hun. You've recognised it, try not to let it become a pattern - much harder than it sounds I know!!

When you have a good week you have amazing losses. You will get there! Xx
 
A new week for me, it's absolutely beautiful weather here going to have a 100% week. No wi as cant get to gym I know it's a gain I can feel it in my clothes but not going to let it hold me back

This weeks mini targets- loose 2lb
Drink more water !!

One of my biggest problems is that I'm bored so I'm going to search here for new recipes, its hard when your in a tight budget but I'm sure ill find something.

It is hard cooking on a budget. I find it so expensive buying fresh things. I try to do some of it in Lidl now. X
 
I love lidl & Aldi but there quiet far away so can only get now and again I love sw the only downside is the cost, but in the long run it pays to cook fresh and eat healthier :)
 
Now we've moved we have a Lidl about a 4min walk away which is handy but you find yourself popping in all the time. Although it's expensive OH always says its an investment in your health as in the long term you'll be fitter and healthier xx
 
How did WI go yesterday hun? Got my days all out with the bank holiday lol x

I didn't get with it been bank holiday, took the kids out for the day xx
 
Great day today, feeling very positive. We've had lots of lovely weather, its always easier to stay on plan when the sun is shining. Got a mountain bike today can't wait to take the kids out for a bike ride.

B- banana
L- egg salad.
T- homemade veg chilli & salad

Hex a- milk
Hex b- cashews & ryvita

Snacks- apple, fruit salad

Syns/ cottage cheese- 1

Exercise- 1 hr body pump ( so hot in the gym sweated like a pig lol)

Get you with the bikes as well! So super fit you put me to shame lol.

Forgot about the Bank Holiday for a min! Knocked me completely put with my days! Lol. Never mind, can weigh next week, far better to take the kids put and make the most of the sunshine while it lasts! X
 
Hi Hun, not had a great week. Been really busy at work preparing for ofstead so the stress levels have been mega and I've turned to binging. It's times like this I wish I smoked or drank instead of eating crap and sabotage myself.

So as it was getting out of control, I went to the gym last night & weighed myself. I've gained 4lbs I'm going to weigh in again on mon morn as usual I know there won't be a loss but a Maintain would be ok.

What's also done it this week is because of the binges I've really restricted my food to not eating much at all but of course this led to more binges. I know exactly what I'm doing and what it leads to so why Dio I still do it :(

As I'm not at work for the next 3 days I'm going to stick to plan but no restriction on syns carbs etc

Oh hun. Don't worry, put it behind you and get back on track. As you said don't restrict any syns as you'll feel deprived. Try not to focus on what's done as you'll feel bad, turn to food for comfort and the cycle starts again.

I completely know where your coming from and your triggers are similar to mine - stress/emotional eating.

It's a good idea WI on monday as usual, I always find if I'm tempted to skip a WI it does more damage.

You can do it and I'm right behind you! X

Didn't plan it but ended up having an extra easy day. I've been feeling really under the weather lately so I've done some research & realised it might be because I don't eat much protien.

B- onion,mushroom & cheese omelette, baked beans
L- mushy pea curry (chicken) and green beans
T- salmon fillet & chili sauce, Cajun wedges, salad

Hex a- milk in coffee
Hex b- cashews

Snacks- mussels, melon fruit salad, grapes & apple

Syns- chilli sauce 4.5, cheese- 5
 
Food today looks fab hun!

Maybe you should get your iron levels checked? I was feeling really rough and that's what it turned out to be. Xx

Your right didn't think of that must try and get in to see a doc. X
 
Worth going hun, it's only a few blood tests. I'm starting to feel so much better after a few weeks on a high dose of iron x
