I'm still on the old fashioned pill cos it helps with my Endometriosis. Men don't know how lucky they are lol x
They really don't I could never remember to take the pill, the worse thing about the depo is it sometimes makes me think I'm pregnant symptoms and all lol
Feel much better today, everyone's heads still intact lol. Had an ee day today which has been a nice change, also managed to get to spinning which felt so good.
B- honey but shredded wheat & banana
L- chicken, potato green beans, cauliflower and broccoli.
T- sardines in tomato sauce and salad.
Healthy extra A- milk B- cereal
Syns- breakaway-5, yorkie puds-5 & gravy-2

Ok not sure how I've done it but I've lost 6lbs, I've only had 3 days on plan and hardly any gym sessions. Maybe the scales where broke lol
So I'm now bang on 13 stone although I don't feel like I've deserved this loss but its spurred me on because I can be in the 12's next week.
