Diary of a binge eater.

Great day today. We had a buffet at work and I managed to resist ( that's a first lol)

B- bran flakes
L- sw quiche
T- qourn chili, rice and salad

Hex a- milk. Hex b- almonds & bran flakes.

Snacks- 2apples
Syns- breakaway-5

Exercise/ body pump
 
Fab day and well done on resisting! X
 
Feel really low today, just want to rip everyone's head off :( sure it's down to the crap food & no exercise

On a positive note I have enjoyed a day on plan.

B- 2 fried egg, mushroom, beans & pitta
L- sw chips, mushy peas & mint sauce
T- sw wedges, large salad, meatfree burgers

Hex a- milk & cheese hex b- pitta

Snacks- raspberrys, muller yoghurt, banana & plum

Syns- meat free burgers 2, mint sauce- 1 , breakaway-5

No exercise.

Oh hun. Maybe it's because the exercise is your 'you' time and your missing that? Or TOTM.

Thanks Hun you could be right I don't actually get TOTM because I have the depo but do sometimes get symptoms.
 
I'm still on the old fashioned pill cos it helps with my Endometriosis. Men don't know how lucky they are lol x

They really don't I could never remember to take the pill, the worse thing about the depo is it sometimes makes me think I'm pregnant symptoms and all lol

Oh I couldn't cope with that! Lol. I like having TOTM just for peace of mind that I'm not pregnant. No more babies for us! Lol x
 
Feel much better today, everyone's heads still intact lol. Had an ee day today which has been a nice change, also managed to get to spinning which felt so good.

L- chicken, potato green beans, cauliflower and broccoli.
T- sardines in tomato sauce and salad.

Healthy extra A- milk B- cereal

Syns- breakaway-5, yorkie puds-5 & gravy-2

Just trying to curb the extreme hunger after the gym with a very sweet coffee

I love reading! Rarely do these days though. Once I'm in a good book I literally have to keep reading til it's finished. Maybe I'll pick a book up tomorrow and I could read it in the evenings. Hmmm, tis an idea... X
 
Ok not sure how I've done it but I've lost 6lbs, I've only had 3 days on plan and hardly any gym sessions. Maybe the scales where broke lol
So I'm now bang on 13 stone although I don't feel like I've deserved this loss but its spurred me on because I can be in the 12's next week.

Maybe your body needed something to boost it's metabolism?
Whatever it is you deserve it and you should be proud of yourself xx
 
Ee day

Snacks- 2 bananas

Syns- pitta- 6.5, yorkie puds- 5, gravy-2, had my daughters leftovers a bit of mash & some chicken skin -3 ( proud of myself for writing this usually I wouldn't bother)

Exercise- spin 400 cals

I need to keep the syns a little lower over the next few days as I'm visiting family Sunday & can't control that.
 
Had a bit if a blip yesterday, got home from pump & was starving. I ended up having a binge which consisted of 6 slices of bread, cheese spread, 3 bags if crisps, 2 kit Kats. I know why it happens so I've planned for today & had fruit topped with a muller. I'm not letting it define my week I'm still hoping to see the number 12 on the scales

Today's food, green

B- shredded wheat
L- pasta n sauce
T- chilli, pasta & sugar snap peas.

Hex a- milk hex b- shredded wheat & pitta
Snacks- melon, blueberries and a muller yog. Sugar snap peas

Exercise- body pump
 
Well done for recognising thr trigger and getting back on plan hun. Fab day today.
