Dizzy's Diary - Fitness First! Weightloss too now.

I'm lucky I have 2 hours or so a day to waste at the leisure centre. Making the most of it before Mizzy sends me out to work for a living.

OMG, he is serious then! What sort of jobs?? Good luck!

I don't think he is really but I guess he had a email with it in and thought it may interest me. Only had a quick look as wanted to get lunch but it is maternity cover for an expat advisor. looks like it's in London though. Would probably not work out but will have a little look later.

Lunch: 2.30 pm

150g Grilled Chicken Breast
Large plate of salad leaves
Tomato and some cherry toms too
Balsamic Vinegar
1 wholemeal Pitta

Bowl od grapes and cherries
 
Dinner: (Not to plan)

Cottage Pie (Small amount)

Cottage Cheese (on it's own as a snack)

apple

1 thorntons choc

Yum to the cottage pie! I am definately starting to take more of an interest in your food postings now i am ssing!

Day 3 is going ok so far! Headache here, but avoiding food! Back soon, gotta get Abi from the school disco!

Cottage pie wasn't in the plan sadly!:cry: I made it for the boys and coudn't face cooking again and all the clearing up. A little bit left so thought why not. Hope to get away with it. It was lowfat mince and only a small helping. Promise.:rolleyes:

Good on you for getting to day three with no blipping.;)

Yes, Hattie and a disco too, so i have been out, in, out, in, out, in, out in! Need to get warm so will have an early night again.

Early nights are an excellent strategy when sole sourcing. I enjoyed them and am needing them again now too, probably the exercise.

Shame when the kids don't have stuff at the same time. Are you off next week too? We have cut right back after school stuff as the kids were finding it too much, quite a relief for me too really. Sure the girls loved the disco though!

You should be able to! All my meals are my family's meals. No way was I going to cook separate meals for myself now I'm maintaining. Don't even use low fat mince, though I do drain off obvious fat.

Right from weaning, we all had the same...though obviously theirs was pureed at first :D

I could do separate meals if I was aiming to lose weight, but not for a lifetime. Reckon I'm much too lazy:eek:

Yea, they had a fab time. Abi looked sooo grown up.

Back at work next week, but got half term off.:D
 
When is half term?!?! Can't believe it's upon us already!! I don't have kids but i appreciate the drop in traffic at rush hour!
