Eat, Sleep, Weigh, Repeat'

I would but worried about something stopping my progression like the last two years I started running. First year it snowed so didn't want to run and slip so I stopped. Then last year I got ill so stopped running. I've learnt when you stop even for a week or two that when you start back you start back from the beginning! Booo. I'm being very negative I know
 
Youre not wrong about when you stop. I cant imagine getting back into the c25k. But i loved it when i did it. Must find time to fit some exercise in. Think i may have to do it instead of sleeping...
 
Oh that's great ! That's very positive. And I think sleep helps with our moods a lot anyway in general. It does me. I need at least 9 hours I'd say to crack a smile hehe
 
You're motivating me to go out for a run tomorrow. Im working in the afternoon and my gym still a tipp from building work so no treadmill... hmmm do you think I can brave the outdoors and let my wobbles go? Im feeling quite brave...
 
Yes do it! Start off by run, walk, run, walk. And take music and water! Like Lil says it's type 2 fun! When you get back home after you will feel really good.

I found downloading an app to map my distance motivated me as I like to try beat my distance each time! You can do it!!!
 
Im going to try. I might drive off to somewhere away from the wags of school and just go for it. I walk miles but never brave a outdoor run, and i do love it when i do it on the treadmill. OMG i just said im going to go outdoor running!? I'm quite excited. :eek:
 
I'm not confident at going out running but definitely inspired to go out for a fast walking. I know what you mean about sleep. If I don't get 8.5 hours I'm no good to anyone.
 
Just weighed at 9.3!!! However after breakfast and fully clothed but what?!!!!!!

And to top that off I swear I had no sleep! Humpppp dayyyy
 
Oh bless ya. Clothes and food can weigh up to 5lb depending on what youre wearing don't worry mate your body is probably looking well toned with all your running.
Ive backed out of the running this morning, feel too wobbly to try. Its a vicious circle with me, i look in the mirror i cry , know i need to do something about it but sit eating and drinking instead. Not ate nothing bad or anything (tho i want to) but cant run now im on full tummy. Gonna be a hard day. Might ban scales and all mirrors from my house!
 
Can you not run later on? Just think in a few weeks how you will feel if you ran 2-3 times a week!

Having said that I've come home for my break and instead of putting on my running gear I've put on my pj's. Not sleeping last night has made me feel a bit down and pants!
 
Managed to get out for a 3k which is good. I'm trying to take one day at a time with it and not panic trying to fit it in.

Breakfast- yoghurt and blueberries ( 1 syn of honey) banana, clementine, apple

Lunch- sweet potato and carrot soup. Bowl of beetroot,gherkin, tomatoes and carrot

Tea- jacket potato, salad, chicken drumstick. Hexa of cheese.

Snacks-
