Eat, Sleep, Weigh, Repeat'

I'm a bit like you bubble. I really want to eat healthy but don't know where to start! One website says eat brown rice, one says white and one says none at all! I'm worried about using oil but I know fry lite is just processed rubbish! And I like treats! So I'm trying to eat clean most of the time. But I know it's not going to be easy all of the time. .

I'm having a glass of wine now and I'm sure that's not clean!! Lol

I would like to make my own cereal bars as when I'm at work that's what I rely on for a quick pick me up.

Plus is organic really better for you?! Who knows!
 
I never know what to believe sometimes, reckon organic is only that if youve grown it yourself! Cant stand brown rice it always tastes uncooked.
In cyprus the sw consultant tells them to use 1 part olive oil to 7 parts water in a spray that makes it like frylite apparently not enough cals to syn. My sis said it works well.
Have you tried that quinoa stuff (is that spelt right)

I've seen coconut oil in loads of recipes! Doesn't everything taste of coconut?!
I love quinoa. I often use it for an alternative.
This is my tea. I'm not a fish fab but I loved it! Tuna steak on courgette spaghetti. Sweet potatoes. Salad and a teaspoon of humus

My legs are aching from my run yesterday!! Lol I didn't think they would considering how much I cycle and how little I ran! Ouch

Lovely sunny day today. I have an appointment at 1.30 with our local college as im thinking about using my last couple of years childless ( we have planned for 2016 sad I know!) Studying and finally get a position where I know i can progress and be happy! So I'm quite excited to see what they can offer ( paid placement hopefully!!)

Food

Breakfast - gf cereal, blueberries

Lunch- homemade tomato soup, gf wm bread ( 1slice)

Tea- burger in a portobello mushroom, sweet potato fries, salad.

Snacks - fruit

Going to take a shot of my cider vinegar ( yuk)
 
Haha yeah a baby! Rick Is in debt so in 2016 we should be out of it and can start fresh! Plus i think we will be ready then.

They certainly don't stay squishy for long!!

I'm hoping to start a career in a school, as learning support, it's so hard to get into though as everybody wants to do it. Summer holidays, good hours..but it's my dream job so hopefully they can help me!
 
Do you mean like a teaching assistant. That's what I'm applying for it definately is competitive. I hope you get it hun. I did wanna be a teacher but changed my mind rather do support not so much pressure. Good luck hun xx

Upset!! Tried on two bottoms in primark size 10 and none fit :(((( why am I putting on weight! I walked home from town which takes 40 minutes as I felt that horrid in myself!
 
Hey hun. I don't have any paid experience. I have some experience from placements of both supporting and teaching but not sure if it's what they want but hoping it is. Getting interviews but just hard to hear no. I'm guessing you mean primary as you currently work with nursery children am I right. Boo to clothes. Aren't their sizes funny anyways x
